Unable to get Support help

Received a new Wavlink Wifi 7 BE6500 USB 3.0 Adapter. Set it up using my USB 3 port but unable to get any improvement in speed. I tried contacting support by clicking on support icon. Said they were on a short break and would be back soon. Never any response. Tried calling 888 # and was told I was 2nd in queue. Waited and then was told no one available at this time and to call back. Ready to send product back to Amazon.

Wavlink AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 outdoor Access Point

I bought Wavlink AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 outdoor antenna for the 10 acres farm in Srilanka to get WiFi connection to the security cameras located around 200m away from the building in December 2025. The setting up was very easy with the help of instructions. The connection with main router was established easily and I was able to monitor the farm remotely. This wouldn't be possible without this antenna. After some time, there was a power surge and the power adapter burned. Because it was within the warranty period, the customer service team promptly responded as allowed me to purchase another adpter and refunded the money when the receipt was sent to them. In overall, the solution,product, and the customer service were very excellent.

I rated this product five stars, primarily because of the excellent customer service I received from the manufacturer’s warranty department. Approximately 90 days after receiving the unit, it unexpectedly stopped working. I contacted the warranty department, explained the issue, and they responded immediately by sending me a replacement unit. While it was disappointing that the original unit failed after only a few months, the manufacturer’s prompt response and hassle-free warranty customer service was exceptional. Their willingness to stand behind their product and quickly resolve the issue made this a five-star experience.
