Unprofessional customer service and poor return support
I ordered a laptop charger from this company to my home address in the United States. When it arrived, the charger was not compatible with standard US outlets and had a non-US plug. I contacted the company and requested a return/refund. Instead of helping, they replied in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, basically saying I am an adult and should have checked better before buying. When I said I would open a dispute with my bank, they said I could return it, but I would have to pay the return shipping myself and they may deduct shipping/import/PayPal/restocking fees. Very poor customer service, unprofessional communication, and not a company I would recommend.
