用户怎么说
Replaced laptop cooling fan
Product: Delta KSB06105HA-AJ82. The product was delivered 3 days earlier than expected. It arrived safely well packaged and in excellent condition. The laptop cooling fan was tested with a 5 Vdc supply and it worked well. Installed in the laptop and ran it for several hours. Cleaning the cooling components and replacing the worn out fan completely fixed the laptop overheating problem.
Lack of transparency
There is no clear information in the shop about the additional costs. A fan advertised there for just under €20 ends up costing over €60 after shipping, handling and taxes are added. These costs are not shown in the shop.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns about the additional costs. Our website provides information about shipping fees and explains that product prices do not include import duties and taxes, which may be charged by local customs authorities. However, we recognize that this information may not have been clear or prominent enough during the purchasing process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will continue improving how shipping costs, import duties, and taxes are communicated on our website to help customers better understand the potential total cost before placing an order. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your feedback.
