Ordered a part that was dead on arrival. Then had to engage in a long argument with customer services who tried to insist on having a video of the part not working. Eventually gave a refund, but less that the total that I had originally paid. What a pain in the neck to deal with!

I had to connect with their customer service to get information on my order. Upon my emails I finally received the correct charger after 13 days shipping (option for fast delivery didn't meet the timelines).
