I haven't received order yet so order process was easy but can't rate quality yet.

Wow!

The only problem I had was that I lost my internet connection before I completed my shopping, so was unable to verify that I had completed payment, but they cleared that up in short order, by sending me a confirmation of the order placed. Thank you very much. This is my first time ordering from them, and I was extremely pleased to receive the confirmation. Yes, I recommend them to other shoppers, and eagerly awaiting my shipment.

Time frame for shipping needs attention

Your web site is easy to use, and a good variety to choose from. I wish shipping options was better, I do understand customs and what not, I recieved a confirmation email after I ordered but why up to 7 days before it even ships? That part is disappointing. On the flip side can't wait to see the finished product as it looks amazing.

Great product

The product itself is amazing but the web site was continuing to not let me see as well as I would have liked but the product itself makes up for it

Lots of products but difficult to browse and search. Clunky mobile interface.

First time shopper

First time shopper, I love the website. Just wish when ordering you have expected delivery date. Also an edit button to change sizes in the cart.

Good experience but room for improvent

I love the style of the products. However they pictured a long hoodie for the mid length making me think I was ordering the long hoodie. Maybe update the pictures or have a link to the long one to make it easier and avoid a second order and return.

No option for expedited Christmas…

No option for expedited Christmas shipping which i would have paid extra for. I needed the item by Christmas as a gift.

Love the products & selections for Cat…

Love the products & selections for Cat People. BUT hard to be sure if prints are flat or 3D. Need several views per item. Website refused to acccept valid cc & pay pal. Fix it! You can't be refusing valid paying customers!

Choice of attractive products

Easy to place my first order with Eleven Forest.…

I just placed my first order with Eleven Forest. I haven't received my order yet so I'm hoping shipping time is days rather than weeks. The order process was very easy on the well designed website. The price of the Humorous Black Cat shirt was attractive so I'm eager to evaluate the fit and quality of the product.

Merchandise is beautiful and unique! Checking out was easy, but I did not receive my 10% new customer discount even though I applied.
