The website was easy to navigate. Plus the "Welcome" code for a discount is always great. I really like when the items indicate that other colors are available. Sometimes a size chart is also helpful to show measurements especially for us women.

Paid for 3 items that hadn't arrived after 3 months. I contacted their support centre who said the items were out of stock could i pick something else. The items were still advertised as available. They had no instructions on how to change my order. I asked for a refund and they said that was a different department. Sevral emails later and no items and no refund. Over$120 wasred. Complete scam. Do not purchase.
This company is a scam..plastic piece of cloth ..for 100,s ££ of clothes advertised looking good but on arrival was so so so bad I wouldnt even consider the quality good to mop my floor with !! They did not refund as promised Plz do not buy .its not even worth to be give for a charity its so bad ..
Elevenforest has a good selection of clothing to choose from. However, I did feel a little pushed into my jacket purchase. While I was browsing their site, the screen kept reverting to the photo of the jacket they were pushing! It would not let me browse through all their clothing. I ended up purchasing the jacket that kept popping up, but I resent Elevenforest's tactics. I actually think that I finally purchased out of frustration. I do like their clothing though. It’s been since July that I placed an order. I was informed they were out of inventory and they wanted me to choose something else. I don’t like any thing else. I requested a refund and they still have not refunded me. Beware!
I ordered what both my husband and I thought was a beautiful dress. After several weeks nothing had arrived so I tried to contact them but got no reply following several more emails they said it was out of stock and would I choose something else to the same value. There was nothing else I wanted so I asked for a refund and heard nothing else until I contacted them again to be told that it had been requested from the relevant department and was being dealt with. Now it been a month so I emailed again telling them that I would leave a negative review if I didn't hear from them in a week , not a single word from them. Scam company stay well away from them.
It's hard to be helpful and constructive as suggested. I and I'm sure many others were taken advantage of. What I ordered and what I received are totally different, low quality, and shamefully misrepresented. When I decided to return the items, I was met with resistance, and misleading information. They said they would get back to me within 3 business days and after the 5th business day I emailed them. They responded with I could keep the clothing and they would reimburse me up to 20% of the cost of the order. What? I will NEVER order from them again and I would tell anyone considering ordering to run. RUN AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
this is definitely a scam. they are pretending to be elven forest creations. i thought i had ordered a beautiful fairisle jumper i got a very cheep poor quality polyester piece of complete rubbish with the jumper pattern printed. because of trust pilot i got that it was a scam early i tried to cancel immediately they offered me a £10.00 gift card. i said it was my legitimate right to cancel within 15 days as order was online. after that they completely ignored me until suddenly order was shipping with evri. emailed evri three times to say THIS IS GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED SCAM -RETURN TO SENDER REFUSED - BUT THEY IGNORED ME. ai advised to raise chargeback dispute with my bank which i have done. when they delivered i thought i'll just check it can't be that bad but boy it was. don't let your kind heart be scammed by these people. if you figure it out early like me make sure you photo your cancelltion request with elevenforests.com

Dont order from this company. I placed an order on July 8 2026. They charged my credit card but I still have not received my order. It is impossible to contact them. No phone # only email and you cannot get through by email. I think this a scam. I want my order or a refund
Placed the order even though the end price was a lot higher than advertised, i thought its fine as really liked the tshirt. order took about 6 weeks to arrive in the uk. When it finally arrived, completely different to what was advertised, it was a print on an awful material, not embroidered. Customer service informed me the best they could do was refund me 20%. Been over a month, still waiting for this part refund. Avoid shopping here!! Ive paid for something that i will never wear.
The site said two of the tops I ordered were Linen/cotton. They were polyester. I don’t wear polyester. It’s to hot in Florida for it. I tried to return them two different ways. First through the shipper, then through the company. The company said they would get back to me. They didn’t. The tops are sort of cute, but not like the pictures where they look truly embroidered.

SCAM PLEASE AVOID! The clothes in the picture are not what you get. The beautiful WOOLEN jumpers and cardigans in the photos are not what you receive. What you get is nasty polyester prints of the wool patterns. Please avoid, we could not even return as they ignore you. We ended up donating the tatt they sent us to a charity shop.
Do not buy from this website. In my experience a complete scam. Their website is brilliant and shows lovely items, all good ratings apply to their website.their items look Lovely. You do not get those items what you do get is very substandard , not as described. You are then offered a 20% discount but not a full refund, so you pay 80% for a completely unwearable garment. Such a shame.so don’t waste your money you will be disappointed!
