I found it extremely hard to view your products. A few times I was sent back to the beginning, for example I was on pg40 & it was very difficult to get back to that from either the beginning or the end. I finally had to stop all together. Also when paying, my first credit card was declined for some unknown reason so I used another card; however, I was not allowed to use the discount code as it said I already used it. Could you adjust my discount off please? So anyway, using your site did not go smoothly & you have such great merchandise. Iam sorry you are closing out your cat line, it's the best!

The item I bought was advertised as a warm knitted cardigan sweater. It was printed on cheap material and not as pictured. The colors are pretty but it is more like an inexpensive sweatshirt than a knitted cardigan. Don't buy from this company.

Complete scam!!! Here’s what I thought I bought: Two Icelandic wool knit sweaters for my daughter and grand daughter. We live in a very cold area and thought they could bundle up in them for the winter. Company reports they are in Colorado run by women. Here’s what I got: two paper thin printed polyester cut out pieces of garish colored trash. No Icelandic, no knit , no warmth, They were so bad, They didn’t deserve being wrapped. I was so embarrassed. My daughter brought them to charity. The company tells people to mail them back to China through New York!!!! Too costly for buyers to do. Fraudulent scam company!! Yet today, there was still an ad for same products in my gmail! It’s total crap! Don’t fall for it’
Thought I was buying a closing sale product made of wool. Turns out all wear polyester printed products appearing to be of wool. One item was missing from my order. I did contact customer services who sent the item , which also turned out to be polyester/nylon. Not a closing sale as now find advertising on phone for same products.
Ordered on 4/10/24. Thought as billed Icelandic sweaters thought they would be hand knitted or at worst knitted machine work. Package of 4 items plus free pair socks ( they at least look semi authentic) arrived 21/10/24. Had ordered 5 items plus free socks. Have sent email to their customer services today 21/10/24 with photos of package resealed by sellotape. Have asked for missing item or refund. Await reply. Would not buy again. Only gave 3 stars as 5 items of 6 arrived and hope SOME use may be made of them.

I contacted them, believing it was US company. Judging by the language in the reply I got it is not a US company. No offer of sending me the correct items. I now believe that most of the jumpers etc shown on that site do not exist.

Before buying any item online check that it is not a Chinese company if it is you are likely to get a nasty cheap material replica of the item, they take images from other good companies send you horrendously cheaply made items take your money and then when you want a refund are impossible to contact please stop enabling these online fraudsters because the public are not getting justice these fraudsters are still able to advertise online and continue to rob people and all we can do is write reviews and in spite of the amount of reviews against this company Eleven Forest they are still allowed to advertise. Go back to high street shopping before we loose it where we can speak to human assistants and get refunds and exchanges IMMEDIATELY. BTW these Chinese companies change their name all the time and try to sound like a reputable European company so buy NOTHING from any Chinese company you will be disappointed and will not get any recompense
