It looks as though they are deliberately imitating another clothing company Elven Forest which is based in Boulder, Colorado by using a name which is almost exactly the same. However, the Boulder company seems more authentic than this one. There are no contact details on their website, which in itself feels suspicious. The models in the pictures are not really trying on the different colour ways as the company is using the same photo multiple times. They are selling too many items. Feels risky to buy from them

I liked the selection, but would have preferred more of a description and both front and back photos. The check out page was somewhat confusing and did not allow me to put the discount in before it decided I was through. That's an issue. There are other articles that I would like to purchase, but decided to wait until I see the quality and fit of what I bought today.

I was disappointed that the skirt I ordered was not the same material shown in the photo, however it did fit perfectly and it actually looks really good on me. It's become my favourite skirt to wear.
Your sizes are not constant. I compared the measurements of a given size of several items and they are not standardized. Sometimes different by as much as 5". This makes it hard to compare items that would fit me best.
Also, I'd appreciate better pictures that feature the item rather than "moody" or "artistic" shots. And more than just one (or two) pics; I'd like to see the back and side of the modeled clothes.
Your description of clothes being "printed" does not reassure me of what the actual item will look like IRL. I worry that some of what I ordered will need to be returned, which is a hassle, and would be less likely if I had more pictures to view.
The seller used photos from Elven Forest Creations, but what you get is a polyester photographed knock-off of Elven Forest Creations. Beware of this website, and make sure you are looking at Elven Forest, NOT Eleven Forest. Very deceiving!
I ordered a sweater which was supposed to have embroidered thistles. The price was good, as it was a sale.
I received a nice knit shirt ... PRINTED ... With the loo of a knitted sweater.
The add was deceptive. I was going to order one of their lovely cardigans. However, I don't like being cheated.
Previous posts detailed the misleading photos and descriptions saying items were knitted when they were not.
It was fleece fabric printed with a realistic print to look like knitting.
Terms and conditions make it virtually impossible to claim a refund or return goods as they are based in China so not subject to UK laws.
After messaging them 3 times to request a refund and returns label and receiving no reply, I turned to PayPal for help. I always use PayPal for security reasons but this is the second time they have got me a full refund.

The sweater is not jacquard. It’s truly a misrepresentation of the product. It’s solid with coloring to look like the knit product it claims to be. I feel duped.

They did great job with the photos! My mistake that i did not read reviews first before ordering - i learn my lesson! It wasn't until I had placed the order that I found out it was coming from China. I bought 2 of the Highland Cow hoodies at £29 each. 100% cotton blend it states. I can 100% confirm it is viscose and does not contain and cotton except maybe the thread for stitching. Also there is no washing or material description anywhere within the items. Their items show on the Internet under 5 different website names that I've seen so far and the contact email on their site doesn't work. Rather peeved with this purchase to say the least.
