PayPal secure refund
Previous posts detailed the misleading photos and descriptions saying items were knitted when they were not. It was fleece fabric printed with a realistic print to look like knitting. Terms and conditions make it virtually impossible to claim a refund or return goods as they are based in China so not subject to UK laws. After messaging them 3 times to request a refund and returns label and receiving no reply, I turned to PayPal for help. I always use PayPal for security reasons but this is the second time they have got me a full refund. Can’t thank them enough.
