I wanted to give it no stars but you can't do that. These people need to be TOTALLY SHUT DOWN! This is the biggest scam on the internet. They sell garbage and just try to get a refund. First they offer you a 20% refund, then a 40% refund and then they just want to be buttheads. Help me shut them down, permanently!!!!!
I purchased a tank, a shirt, and a dress from Elevenforest. The items came after a few weeks and were not at all like the pictures. The items on the website looked like rich fabrics and quality items. They were not at all. They were cheap polyester fabric with printing on them. I was so disappointed. I tried to work with their customer service. After many back and forth emails they offered me 20% off new items. I never even recd the 3rd item after I had written a complaint. I would never purchase from this company again, and honestly I am not trusting to order from any new/smaller businesses and that is sad.

Item wasn't even close to photo and description. Refund impossible. Partial credit offered takes forever, still not processed. Customer service says they have no authority over department issuing credit but they will let them know Im still waiting!. This company is a scam.. do not purchase ftom them. I will be donating the unused item they sent me.

What you see in the pictures online is not what you receive in the mail. I ordered two "linen" items in size small. They were both too big and the material didn't feel like any linen I've ever had. And their return policy is bullcrap! First they'll ask you to keep the items you don't want and accept a small percentage of the price you paid. If that's not acceptable, they'll ask you to ship the items to China at your expense despite the fact that the items were shipped from within the US. I finally agreed to keep the items and accept a 50% refund. The items were purchased in April, it's now September and I still haven't received anything back. Don't waste your money or your time with these scam artists.
The fabric is Cheap, Cheap, CHEAP!! The items DO NOT REMOTELY RESEMBLE what is pictured online. I spent nearly $100 on a pair of shorts and two t-shirts. ALL IS GARBAGE. My eye if this is a product made in the USA. PIGS FLY.

I ordered two items. Both were extraordinarily large and not as pictured. I requested a refund immediately. Instead, I was offered a 20 per cent refund. I refused and restated that I wanted a refund. This went back and forth over an 8 week period with me finally agreeing to accept a 40 per cent refund on the purchase. Of course, this money has never arrived. This clothing is junk. I donated mine to the local thrift store
this is a fraudulent company every item on its site is described and photographed to look better than it is. I ordered x2 100% cotton linen, textured tops for £50 I received x1 viscose top -printed, not textured and not at all like the style , colour or picture on the website. when I complained they replied saying "have a happy life" we can offer you a refund After 3 months, 30 emails (most unanswered) they have not refunded me despite returning to China at the longest address ever- I have since read that they pretend they cannot get hold of management for returns or refunds and I have noticed most customers don't get the actual item they think they have ordered but a cheap nasty version. please beware this company wears a mask to con you out of money for shoddy goods and are getting away with it
Buyer beware! Order placed on August 2-2026, received August 24, 2026. Items received are a bad reproduction of what the photos on website show. I ordered 3 blouses and all are extremely long, the print is not embroidery but a bad flat reproduction of the design. The fabric is not cotton but a bad unbreathable poly type blend, I contacted customer service to start my return the day I received my order.They are only offering 20% money back. Seems they will go up 30%! wow!! false advertising all the way around! I am so disappointed, if they stood by their product and given back my money or sending me what I actually ordered, I would be happy, but not the case with this company. Lesson learned!
