Terrible quality, misleading pictures, and nonexistent customer service. Do not waste your money on Elivue. I ordered three T-shirts for over $60 after a so-called discount. What arrived was shockingly bad, super cheap fabric, nothing like the pictures. In my view, they’re not even worth five dollars each. And when I tried to contact them multiple times, nobody responded. Not once. That’s unacceptable. Avoid this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been waiting over a month for my item
It's a small tin with a cat I ordered for my daughter.All I can get from them is processing.It's been processing for over a month.They do not answer emails, they do not have a number, you can call that works.What can I do
Ordered a quilted item. It was a f--king joke. Paid 30.00 for a 12 inch product, that should have been a least 36 to 48 inches. These people are a bunch of con artists stealing your money from you. Don't buy anything from them . Trust me I learnt my lessons. 😡😡😡
This company will not ship out my product. I bought and paid a month ago. It’s still preparing for shipping. Customer service doesn’t help. It was a little box with no personalized info. Do not buy anything.
Order a R.E.D. polo shirt on Sept. 1st 2026. It has been 15 days and I have not heard anything on the shirt. Sent 3 emails asking where is the shirt with no response. This is a scam. Now I am dealing with my credit card company to get my money back.
Deceptive product information on website. Received an item that did not match the size or materials promised. No response to emails, phone number canceled.
Don’t waste your money on the products from this Chinese vendor. Items arrive damaged and unwearable. You pay a premium price for a hat and it arrives all bent out of shape. No response from Elivue to fix or remediate damaged goods. Again, don’t waste your money.
I ordered a DIY Quilted Christmas Kit (as shown on FaceBook) from this company on August 20,2-26. Received confirmation same day with assurance that once it shipped I would receive tracking info. Phoned many times and e-mailed my concerns as to not receiving any information. Finally requested order cancelled and refund on my credit card. On 9,3-26 received e-mail with shipping number saying on the way. Tried looking up info. but nothing was available. This is a scam, now dealing with Bank to see if I can get a refund.
Very low-quality, almost deceptive product.
I purchased the Patriotic America 250 polo shirt. The photos looked amazing: a deep red shirt with white sleeve trim and what appeared to be an embroidered USA logo on the front.
What I received was a 100% polyester shirt with a rubberized printed logo rather than embroidery. The advertised red color was actually closer to traffic-cone orange, and the white trim was more yellow than white. Nothing says "USA" quite like orange, yellow, and blue.
Shipping took more than five weeks.
I was also concerned by the reviews on the company's website. Many are generic, several appear questionable, and my own review was never published.
Based on my experience, the product I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the photos. I would not purchase from this company again.
It's been already two weeks and I still haven't received the hat I ordered.
Your response is always the same "we shipped it out and you can track it".

I ordered a DD214 hat which they advertised on Facebook and for an extra 09.99 you would receive a mystery box valued at 79.99. Six weeks have gone by and still no mystery box. Several emails led to no return correspondence. Now I try calling the number and there is no such number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.
I got two shirts both are crappy quality. The polo shirt is supposed to be red. It is an oringy red color. The fabric is acetate or polyester, just trash. Not wasting my time trying to get money back.
I purchased a hat from this company and it was delivered in a bag and completely crushed! They charged almost 8 dollar shipping to put it in a bag which was ridiculous. Then I tried to reach them for my money back guarantee and no one answers the phone and no responses to emails, this company either scams you out of your money or scam you with a crappy product. STAY AWAY!!
I ORDER 3 shirts for 250 Anniversary. I loved the shirts and the fabric. Great price delivered for less than $55.
SADLY they didn't fit my tall frame, and have started a refund. HOPING I get a response and move forward with return/refund. No word yet....phone always busy.
