Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many buyers report that the items ordered completely fail to resemble the advertised three-dimensional designs, arriving instead as cheap, flat printed plastic pieces. People frequently mention wasting their money on terrible merchandise that looks nothing like what was shown on the online store. Shoppers state that the goods received are of extremely poor quality and bear no resemblance to the original photographs provided. Some reviewers were not happy with the refund process, noting that obtaining compensation can be challenging. Consumers also mention issues regarding the advertisements.

Very cheap product. It came in 2D and not the 3D that was advertised. Don't waste your money..........
I thort o was getting a 3d figure of the photo I sent on the order form all I got for my money was a 2d piece of plastic witch came broken to ad insult to injury absolute joke of a company avoided at all cost
Absolute Joke! Advert clearly states & shows 3D figurines, & what we received was some 2D low quality rubbish. Nowhere does it a state that items are coming from China & take 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. Customer service is also very poor. STAY WELL AWAY!!!
What a fake company I ordered a 3d printed picture of my family and got a fake plastic cut out
In one word TERRIBLE!! This is one big scam company. Please, never place an order with this company!!!
Cheap 2D on a piece of plastic not even respecting the eyes colour, avoid if you can , they is NO customer service
Wow!!! That 3D statue looks amazing- let’s order it! Ohhh…. I got the worst 2D flat bit of plastic Certainly not worth the money. Offered 10% discount back. Nope. Contacted my credit card for a refund Stay away from this company
Shitty company 2d pictures for 50 euros. Dont ever buy something from this seller. I reported the website. Lacking international trading standards, Falls advertisement, very bad customer support, not giving money back. VERY BAD!
Ripped off I just want future customers to be aware what this company sells is rubbish, you think you are buying a 3D statue only to get a comic cartoon character in 2D, That is nothing like the picture I attached. I complained to the company the moment I opened the package I’ve asked for a full refund and send the shit back. Or a replacement product that i assumed I was getting, I was offered $10 refund from a $98.56 purchase. The 2D paper cut out is honestly shit has no resemblance to the picture I provided and now it’s only good for the rubbish bin. I was given an option by the company to redo it that resembles the picture I attached, but the problem is it’s still not what I wanted or purchased. The advertising was for a 3-D model not a 2D piece of rubbish. So Don’t waste your money like I did and many others if you read the reviews. This company is very quick to take the money but very very reluctant to refund. So very hard to say it’s a scam because I did get something just not what I was Expecting And I also think Facebook should be held responsible because They are allowing these companies to advertise on their site. The Advertising is misleading and a rip off so be fully aware. And my last word of advice is avoid these companies like the plague because they look fantastic but honestly crap
The website shows what appears to be a fantastic 3D product - except what you get is an image printed on cheap plastic, with a 2D image. NOTHING like the website. DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company; this is a complete scam. You will be 100% disappointed.
As everyone says, this is a complete scam a chappy piece of 2d plastic arrived details were wrong I'm not fighting for a refund been offered 10% I said absolutely not full refund. I have reported this company to the international trading standards. Please do the same if you've had this problem. UKICC United Kingdom I ternatoonal Consumer Centre.
Complete Scam! I ordered a gift from Ellret.com. They provided a tracking number. The tracker said it was in Indiana for a few weeks. Then, the tracker company said it was lost. The Ellret “customer service” uses Facebook Messenger. They kept saying they were contacting the local post office. After asking for refunds, they stopped all contact. This is a 100% scam site. Don’t trust anything there.
ABSOLUTELY NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!! A PIECE OF 2D JUNK RECEIVED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have been waiting for my order for over a month and now been told I have to contact their delivery company to find out what happened to it??? Now they are not answering any questions and I've just lost my money How is this company aloud to put ads up on Facebook or anything else in the uk Please try anywhere else apart from these bunch of crocks
Like others said, don't waist you're money. It's a 2D picture not a 3D figure. I should have read here before I ordered. I wrote them, thay willing to give a compensation of 20% back.
Absolutely not worth the money. Advertising as 3D figure what you get is cheap 2d perspex scam
They advertise the product as a 3D figure, but instead is a 2D acrylic (or something similar). At least in my case the colors were good and the design was pretty similar to the picture I sent and looks nice, but is DEFINITELY not what I was expecting based on their ads.
Don’t order here, it’s a complete waste of money and they don’t deliver what you expect. I got a flat piece of acryl in stead of the nice 3d-model as shown in their adds. Total scam!👎🏻😡
