Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many buyers report that the items ordered completely fail to resemble the advertised three-dimensional designs, arriving instead as cheap, flat printed plastic pieces. People frequently mention wasting their money on terrible merchandise that looks nothing like what was shown on the online store.
Shoppers state that the goods received are of extremely poor quality and bear no resemblance to the original photographs provided. Some reviewers were not happy with the refund process, noting that obtaining compensation can be challenging. Consumers also mention issues regarding the advertisements.
Stay well away from this company.
The product looks nothing like what is advertised and they even change the design that you send. I have a hand tattoo, the item I received had a totally different image to what’s on my hand!!
Cheap 3D image printed on Perspex cost £39.99, looks like it cost £4.99!
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ADVERTISING PICTURES - the item you receive looks nothing like what they advertise.
Attempting to get a refund is not happening either with them.
My advice STAY WELL CLEAR.
Sham of a company.
If you don't want your money wasted, don't fall for this scheme. It's a complete scam. They advertise as if they're going to send you a 3D figure, but what they actually do is print it on acrylic that's not worth 5 euros. It was 40 euros down the drain.
So don't be fooled.
Stay away from this company. I ordered what I thought was going to be a cartoon version of a photo as a present. Had to wait nearly a month and when I recieved it they had done nothing with the photo at all. Their only solution so far is to offer me 20% of the value of the product. Not even intersted in getting it right. Very bad customer service!
Item is not as advertised. Very poor quality. It is a flat surfaced and definitely not worth the money. Delivery also shocking! When I raised my concerns with their customer services they offered no resolution.
Product purchased based on images from their site and what was received did not reflect the intentional deception they are advertising! Pictures on their site and social media depicted a 3 dimensional figurine created and customised based on a photo you provide. What you receive is a 2D piece of plastic with a sticker on it.
When speaking with customer service, they admitted to using different images than the products they send because “3D one is only a photo to create a positive image”.
Was offered 10% refund and then after a few messages, 20%. Not acceptable.
I feel like I fell for a scam and hope this review prevents others receiving the same experience and disappointment I did.
Thi product is presented as a 3D printed item when it is a flat plexiglass item with a printer sticker on it. I asked for the base to say beach forever and this part was correct, it is cute but not what I expected, these ads show a 3D printed statue that can be grasped and picked up I received a cheap plastic slot cut out to hold the plexiglass.

Terrible experience – DO NOT BUY, IT’S A SCAM
On September 10th I purchased a product advertised as “Personalized wooden photo frame in 3D cartoon style”. In the pictures it clearly looked like a real 3D figurine with volume and a base, but what I received was just a flat acrylic sheet.
I paid almost €50 for a flat image, and the acrylic even arrived broken. After complaining, they only offered to remake the same item or give me back 30%. Now they don’t reply to emails or Messenger at all.
This is misleading advertising and terrible customer service. They don’t deliver what they promise, they deceive customers and then disappear.
⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT’S A SCAM.
