Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help users out during interactions. Users also find the application very easy to navigate when connecting with fellow gamers and making wonderful new friends. Some reviewers were not happy with the website environment, noting various issues regarding moderation consistency and overall safety concerns. A few people also experienced frustrating barriers when trying to submit applications or deal with support teams during disputes. Others felt that dealing with rules and requirements could sometimes become unnecessarily complicated for newcomers.

Epal is a wonderful platform to find people to chat and game with. It also acts as a good source of income for people that might not be able to find jobs. I think the site definitely has a lot to improve on, highly focusing on combatting trolls and people breaking the rules!

Hi Zeke, We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused you. To clarify, Epal does not make phone calls to users and we do not intentionally contact individuals who have not registered on our platform. It’s possible that your email or phone number was entered incorrectly by someone else. If you continue receiving anything that appears related to Epal, please feel free to forward it to our support team so we can investigate further. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
epal is a great site, although it needs improvement on the NSFW issues, the community is warm and welcoming and you can make good friends there while supporting your financial needs
Hiii Cott Quiroga, Thank you for your kind review and support! We’re glad you love our warm community and find value here. We’ll keep improving the NSFW issue to make the platform better. And if you encounter any such problems during your experience, please feel free to report them to us~
⚠️ WARNING: Do Not Use ePal.gg - A Detailed Breakdown I want to warn people about this platform. Here's everything you need to know before you consider signing up. Privacy & Face Verification The site requires facial verification using Amazon's service - which allows providers to retain the short video you record. In an era where a single photo is enough to generate a convincing deepfake, handing over a face-scan video to a platform like this is a serious risk. Think carefully before you comply. Fake Profiles Everywhere Roughly 90% of the platform appears to be fabricated. Profiles use AI-generated anime or "real person" imagery, and voices are clearly AI-generated. It strongly suggests the site is inflating engagement with fake accounts. The remaining profiles? Many appear to be the same small group of people running multiple accounts - you can tell just by comparing their voices. Inflated & Fraudulent Rankings Take League of Legends: the top rank is held by a fraction of a fraction of the global playerbase. On ePal, virtually every single profile claims it. Same story for Valorant, CS2, COD, Marvel Rivals - you name it. The only realistic explanation is mass use of purchased accounts. What You Actually Get When You Play If you're lucky enough to find someone who responds and joins a game, expect one of two things: an OnlyFans link before you even get their username, or a player who is openly cheating. Most don't even play the games listed on their profile. The Customer Side Is Just as Bad If you sign up as an epal to earn money, be prepared for harassment, unsolicited explicit behavior on camera, invasive questions, and worse. When you try to end a session, customers will deliberately drag it out - and if you push back, they'll leave negative reviews to punish you. The Earnings Are a Trap Even if you manage to make money, here's what actually happens: The platform takes 20% of direct order earnings - and an even larger cut from gifts and chat rooms Customers are also charged 10–20% when they top up their wallet Withdrawals take weeks to process Freezes on withdrawals happen frequently, leaving your money inaccessible with no explanation Zero Support, Zero Accountability I submitted harassment reports backed by video evidence and screenshots. I received no response. A friend of mine received vile messages from a user - and when she reacted, she was the one penalized. The platform appears to operate with no meaningful moderation, no enforcement of its own policies, and no regard for user safety under US or EU law. Bottom Line ePal.gg is a platform riddled with fake profiles, predatory fees, unchecked harassment, and serious data privacy concerns. Avoid it entirely.
Hi Martha, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify a few points. Epal requires face verification to ensure account authenticity and confirm that ePals meet the 18+ requirement, and we take the protection of users’ personal data very seriously. We do not allow fake accounts, harassment, or explicit content on the platform. Reports submitted with evidence are reviewed by our team, and appropriate actions are taken when violations are confirmed. Regarding rankings and withdrawals, player verification follows our internal review procedures, and withdrawal time may vary depending on the ePal level. If you experienced any of the issues mentioned, we’d appreciate the opportunity to investigate further. Please feel free to contact our support team or share your Epal account information so we can look into this case.
Met some great people here, it is a very chill website where you can meet new friends and play games with awesome people!
Hi Moji Siege, We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Hearing that you’ve met great people here means a lot to us! That’s the kind of experience we want for everyone~
E-Pal is truly the key to financial freedom in this modern age while you do something you love. I've been an ePal for 3 years and I'm so glad I joined this website. The officials listen to the community and implement changes where they see they can improve, and the epalers themselves are amazing!
Hello there~ Thank you so much for this heartfelt review! We’re incredibly happy to hear you’ve enjoyed being part of E‑Pal for 3 years, and that the platform lets you do what you love while earning. We truly appreciate you noticing our efforts to listen to the community and keep improving—our amazing epalers like you are what make this community so special! Wishing you all the best and continued success here! ❤️
Great way to make some money, I really enjoy it a lot. Easy for anyone around the world to use.
Hey Kalina Perie, Thanks so much for your lovely review! ✨ We’re really happy you’re enjoying the platform and finding it easy to use worldwide. Wish you continued success and great time here!
It was supposed to be a gamer site, and yet almost half ppl there do NSFW and the owners don't care and protect them while banning the nice ppl for nothing
Hi Andrzej, We’re sorry you’ve had this experience — that’s not what we want ePal to be. If you’ve seen accounts breaking the rules, please report them. We review every report and take action based on the evidence. If something specific happened to you, we’d really like to understand and help. Feel free to reach out to us directly — we’re here to listen and work through it with you.
A bit hard to find customers as an epal but once you get started it’s hard to stop lol. You’ll find good people and make a little cash on the side <3 Overall not a bad experience just takes a bit of time and networking
Hi Nevaeh Atkins, Aww, thanks so much for your honest review! 💛 We totally get it takes a little time to get started, and we’re so glad you’ve met great people and earned some extra cash here. Hope you keep having fun and getting wonderful experience!
It’s a decent site, but its security is horrendous it’s not good at securing people whether be age or ppl asking for nsfw things, the mods also seem more like bots than anything random messages. There is a better why they can up their security. Trolls keep getting in and rolling around causing chaos.
Hi there, Thanks for being honest about your experience — we’re sorry it felt this way. Security and moderation issues are frustrating, and we understand why this raised concerns for you. We’re working on improving these areas, and if you’re open to it, we’d really like to look into what happened and help. You can reach us on discord (https://discord.gg/jZRRhahuTX). Thanks again for speaking up. — ePal Team
i got perma banned for only having an invalid pfp where you could see my thigh and there was no other skin showing after they let me out that picture up. no warning no temporary freeze just permanent ban. while popular epals show boobs and thighs on the feed regularly. they don’t give a fk about epals unless you give them a lot of money and their mod team is unfair and corrupted to the bone they let some epals break the rules because they have connection with the mods but fk the rest of us. ridiculous.
Hello brenda quintana, We understand a permanent ban can feel unfair. If you believe your account was actioned incorrectly, please share your account info and any related details with us, and we’ll look into your case carefully and respond properly.. We also want to clarify that moderation decisions are made based on our guidelines — not on personal relationships or earnings. All users are treated under the same rules.
Great community, simple and sleek design. Easy to find someone to game with, and overall a good experience!
Hey there, We’re thrilled you love our community and smooth platform, and that it’s easy for you to find gaming buddies. Hope you keep having a great time here!
