Scam! I paid nearly $50USD even though im from UK for a cup with Monster energy logo on it and recieved a cheap, black cup. When I reached out they offered me $3USD until I threatened to report them and it went up to $8. Disputed with my bank and got denied because I didnt send the item back. I tried to send it back as soon as it was delivered, but they refused to give me an address. Do not waste your money!
I purchased 2 items that never arrived. I reached out to Ephetheral and advised them the items never arrived. According to the tracking number they provided it was still in another state, for over a month. Ephetheral claimed it was delivered and denied my refund. They used a completely different website to show delivery, not the one I was directed to by clicking on their tracking number. My Ring doorbell also did not show any delivery on the date they claimed it arrived.
Ephetheral is a scam website.
All this company can do is deception. They are offering products they never can deliver.
You ordered something, they deliver anything and offer you a compensation over some minor USD
Do not order anything!!!
Less than zero. (if possible) shite product not even close to what was ordered
Sadly trust pilot will not allow zero reviews. The products provided are absolute garbage. I ordered a remembrance mini figure and got a some sort of US soldier. 100 percent NOT what I ordered and to add insult to injury the quality was crap. Never again
bought two luxury perfume advent calendars, $140 Australian dollars total, only to receive little perfume decorations?!?! this is false advertising.
I reached out to them and in turn they are offering me $7 in compensation and i get to keep the useless product.
looking to see what else can be done about this. This company is an absolute scam
I ordered a calendar, which I assumed had whiskey in it as it cost $35. When it arrived there was no weight in it at all, I reported this. Submitted a video. Explained it was a present and could not be opened until Dec 1. Once open the disappointment was palpable on my Husbands face, bit of plastic with string you have to attach yourself. Basically something to hang on a tree. If you gave a child an advent calendar which contained no chocolate can you imagine. I have asked and asked and asked for the return address for a refund and all they ever say is accept $10 which I don't want to do. Also at point of purchase they charged an extra $10 which I claimed back!! DO NOT USE!!
This is a scam company DO NOT BUY
Selling perfume bottles in an advent calendar only to find there’s no perfume only small disc represents perfume
Complained and numerous emails asking for a refund and have been told NO
DO NOT BUY from this company as they don’t stand by their policy
I’m now in touch with legal team
Absolute scam. I purchased 2 deluxe perfume advent calendars and they were plastic pictures of perfume to hang on the tree. No perfume whatsoever. False advertising and a complete rip off.
Absolute joke, I purchased what I thought was a luxury mini perfume advent calendar. 6 weeks later I received what I can only describe as trash. Little pieces of plastic in the shape of perfume bottles. Flat things you would put on string like tree decorations. I also purchased a sensory advent calendar for an autistic child and what I thought was going to be different little things for a child to see smell and touch turned out to be just like the mini perfume calendar. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost.
SCAM!!!.
Ordered 2 perfume advent calenders for my girl's. They have arrived today and are not usable perfumes but plastic cutouts. Spent 48 pound plus p&p. Fuming. Contacted them to return and refund as not fit for purpose or as described, to no avail. So in total over 50 pound down, with a pile of tat not worth a tenner. Please don't fall for their SCAMS, if it seems too good to be true, it is!
The company advertises perfume advent calendars with no perfume in them. Then when you let them know they say this what you ordered. Absolutely shocking
