Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Ordered 2 spools, received only 1. Shipping label weight explicitly proves they forgot the second spool. When contacted, they refused to fix it and caused my bank card to get locked due to their shady payment systems. Stay away from this clown company!
Communication was excellent
If it wasn’t for all the split shipments on my orders, it would easily be a 5-star experience. They split my orders into many separate packages—sometimes shipping just a single filament roll on its own—which made it a bit confusing to track what I had received and what was still on the way. Aside from that, the communication from the store was excellent. There was only one small issue with a wrong filament, and they corrected it right away with no hassle and handled it very professionally. Keep up the good work.
