I cancelled my Eulerpool subscription on 4 September 2026 and contacted the company repeatedly afterwards. My attempts to reach customer support went unanswered, and there was no usable self-service cancellation option available to me.
After my cancellation attempts were ignored, my bank took steps to block the recurring payment relationship. Despite this, the subscription was subsequently active again and my card was charged once more.
I reported the matter to Stripe, which escalated the merchant internally for review. I have kept complete documentation of my cancellation, subsequent messages, Stripe correspondence, bank communication and the later charges.
Because another payment still went through, I ultimately had to cancel the affected card entirely to prevent further charges.
I am now pursuing the matter through legal and consumer-protection channels.
After this happened, I researched the company further and found multiple recent public reviews from other customers describing similar problems involving cancellations, repeated charges and unanswered support requests.
Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious before subscribing. If you are already a customer and want to cancel, keep screenshots and written records of everything, monitor your card statements closely, contact your bank immediately if further charges appear, and dispute any payment you believe was taken after cancellation.

Terrible subscription experience.
After cancelling, they continue charging booking fees and nobody responds to emails. I’ve already been charged €50 twice, and still haven’t received confirmation that my subscription is cancelled. This feels extremely misleading and frustrating

I have taken a detailed look at EULERPOOL and would like to provide a balanced review.
One clear strength is the sheer volume of materials available. The content is comprehensive, well-structured, and offers a solid overview of various investment approaches and topics. Anyone who wants to dive deeper into financial subjects will definitely find valuable input and meaningful insights here.
However, during my research, I also came across partners of EULERPOOL with whom I personally would not want to collaborate when it comes to investments and further analysis. This is certainly a subjective perspective, but in my opinion, it is something that should be considered transparently.
I also see room for improvement regarding spam and the overall separation of communication. Not everything feels clearly structured or distinctly separated, which can sometimes create a slightly cluttered impression.
The €2 subscription can provide a good initial insight and is suitable for getting to know the platform. However, it does not grant access to the truly key features that represent the core value of the offering.
Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for me due to the depth of content — though there is still room for optimization in certain areas.
I am very satisfied with the consultation and training.

This company is a scam. encourages a quick consultation service to select our investments, however, the website has bugs, the screener does not work, etc. The most serious thing is that once you are a member and pay the first monthly fee, they will not allow you to cancel your subscription and will continue to charge you money every month. This is a crime and I hope they are charged as soon as possible.
