I placed big order and I got one shipment but it has been almost two monthes and I have not recived the rest of it and then I get emails that some of the picutres I order have been discountied and when I email them it tells me that my email has been blocked I want to do anouther big order but I might have to go somewhere else I love this site and this is the first time I have had any problems with them
No communication, no reply back after numerous times I had emailed them. I have not received my package and was told that the distribution is confirming my order, but that has been over three months. I asked for refund, but I have not received any refund or package. This is a scam.
The pattern from the cross stitch kit I purchased was a little too small to read even with a magnifying glass, but the customer service was excellent. The responses were very prompt and I was able to get an electronic copy of the pattern immediately to complete the project.
Out of all the diamond paintings I've ordered through different companies this was the first time I was not sent enough diamonds to complete the painting. I contacted the company over a month ago about the issue and still have not been sent replacement diamonds. The painting was a gift and I ended up having to use different color beads to finish it. Not good or quick customer service at all.
I was told they misplaced my order, but then found it. I’m also missing diamonds (2 colors) from my diamond painting set. I’ve already requested the missing items. I will give them another chance and then I’m out if it’s not any better.

This was my first time ordering. I ordered the full square Welcome birds sign. The color codes on the canvas was not correct. Could not read the lettering when finished.

If I had the ability to give you no stars I would do it. My order never arrived. I’ve gotten emails saying it was delayed, new products were on hold, and all other excuses. I never will deal with you again, and I will tell everyone I teach Diamond Art to never to use your company.
I have purchased several items from you and had pretty good service. The one I ordered recently is taking forever to get here. It was supposed to have been sent already but I can't find any information on the tracking. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
I order $80 worth of dimond paintings i never received email confirmation tracking # but how fast was they to take it out of bank I have emailed them numerous times and nothing nada so freaking upset this company is a scam i would not order
I have ordered from this site a few times and am pleased with the sizes, prices and quality of the DP. I was disappointed that 2 of those times an item was discontinued, but they contacted me right away to pick a new item.
Kind of dissappointed I placed a order back on Jan 22 and it has been stuck in transit since feb 4th has not been delivered to usps as of yet . I had shipped proof of said issue and was told to wait . I have waited plenty of time and still nothing . I really love the diamond painting options they offer . I really want to place another order but holding off till this other issue is resolved . I would love to get the product I placed my order for as we have a HUGE Stitch fan in the home . I really hope a new product to replace the one I have ordered is sent .
I love all of my diamond dots paintings. I almost finished one when I noticed the colors were wrong. I ordered Full square Pigeon Love I.D. #279607. The birds are to be white and gray. But I didn't get white or gray. All colors were blue and purple. The "O" was blue. It should have been white. Everything about the birds is purple. I found white squares from 3 different paintings to fill in the wings of the birds but they still have purple bodies. Can I get a new one with the correct colors? I'm new to diamond painting and this site seemed to have what I was looking for. I should have read their reviews first. Delivery time is ridiculously slow! I was told my order had been put on 'hold' for twelve days while they celebrated the new year. It took over a month to receive all my items. Among other items, I ordered four DP kits. The quality of the canvas on which they are printed is poor. It wrinkles easily and is difficult to get it to lie flat. The adhesive is very thin. I was attracted by their low prices but you get what you pay for. From now on I will stick with the larger, more reputable suppliers of diamond art. The kits are of a much higher quality, they include more and better 'tools' and after placing several orders find their delivery times to be six days or fewer.
Customer service is excellent just the product is slow with shipping
I would like to see free shipping, I paid 13.99 plus exchange. Too expensive as I received free shipping from other companies..
I ordered the Last Supper. Got it quickly. Now, waiting for Skelton on Motorcycle with American flag in the back ground. Can't wait.
