Well, we'll see what happens. I was sent the wrong beads for the picture I bought. They said it will take a while, but they'll send the correct beads to me.

Diamond art

I ordered some Chrystal rhinestone pictures and got a message from everyday deals that two pictures were no longer available. I'm not very tech savvy but the person I was talking to helped me get the matter resolved and I was able to change my order. Can't wait until I get it ! Their customer service is very helpful and courteous.

I have placed many orders with you

I have placed many orders with you; everyone has been perfect. This last order I sent a picture and asked for something to be removed from the picture. You did as I asked and then suggested that the picture would be better if it was a bigger size. I went along with the suggestion. I love the canvas that I received, I haven't started it yet as I have to finish the one I am working on. Can't wait to get started. It will be a birthday present for a special friend.

3 months & still waiting for missing diamonds from one of the kits they sell. Think I will not be ordering from them. They did not send me enough on the first request. I had to order something else to get the missing beads, still waiting. I'M SO MAD!!!
