Our cases are designed to provide strong everyday drop protection, but unfortunately no case can guarantee that a screen will never crack, as the outcome of a drop depends on factors such as the height, angle, and surface it lands on. A separate screen protector is not required for the case to function, but we do recommend one for customers who want additional protection for the display itself. Our cases are made from a combination of a metal frame and durable polycarbonate components—they are not advertised as being made entirely of metal. Regarding the fitment, a visible gap like the one you describe is not expected. In the vast majority of cases, this is caused by the case not being fully seated, but if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll always make it right. We'd be happy to take another look at your video and photos to determine whether the issue is due to installation or a defect. If it's a manufacturing issue, we'll of course provide an appropriate solution. We review each claim based on the photos provided to ensure we're fair and consistent for all customers. Regarding the materials, the case features a metal outer shell combined with high-strength polycarbonate and TPU for durability and impact absorption—it is not made entirely of plastic. We're also sorry to hear you're having trouble with your MagFold charger. That isn't the experience we want our customers to have. However, once it has been processed for shipment, we can no longer cancel it, even if a cancellation request was submitted shortly beforehand. We understand this can be frustrating. Our cases are designed to provide excellent protection during everyday use, but like any protective accessory, they can become damaged from impacts depending on the angle and force of the drop. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, while accidental damage from drops is not covered after the warranty period. We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the frustration.
