Matthew, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We take all customer feedback—both positive and negative—very seriously, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing this specific and isolated situation, we found that the issues stemmed from chargebacks related to transactions that were not properly enrolled on your POS system for the payment integration. This unfortunately, led to fraudulent activity and subsequent chargeback fees issued by the POS vendor—NOT by EZFacility. Our team worked extensively to investigate and communicate this at the time with both parties. That said, we understand the frustration. We have always maintained the highest security measures to help prevent this type of issue. Please know we’ve done everything possible on our end to resolve this matter
