Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the exceptional quality of the diamond paintings and cross-stitch kits, noting that the printed canvases are beautiful and very easy to work on. Many people also mention that the dedicated customer service team is incredibly supportive, friendly, and quick to assist with custom orders or general questions. However, some people were dissatisfied when certain popular items they wanted were temporarily out of stock or completely unavailable. Buyers also mentioned occasional issues such as damaged deliveries or minor product defects, though helpful customer support handled these situations promptly.

Brilliant company. I have been ordering from here for a couple of years now. Prices are great and customer service is excellent, whenever there's been a problem with my order they are always prompt to get in touch and let me know if something is sold out and give me the option to choose another or they can surprise me. Never been disappointed with anything from here.
