Corpses are more responsive than their "customer service"
Their products are just printed on inexpensive fabric, which is fine if you know what to expect, but can be very disappointing if you expect anything more. What is really disappointing about this company is its complete lack of responsiveness. I have an issue with an order and have been sending daily emails for close to a week now, with no response. Apparently, their entire customer service team has joined the witness protection program. There are plenty of other companies out there offering similar products. In the future, I will avoid Favomens.

I ordered a black cardigan jacket with a nice design in the size medium... All I got was one hot mess of an XXL black cardigan with NO design and stunk to the high heavens... I saw a really nice multi-colored pullover hoodie i wanted very much. I placed my order online and after a month I'll haven't received my order. I've inquired about my order online and was told they're still processing my purchase. The response I received was poorly written and didn't sound like a business response you would normally receive or have a business header attached to the top of the page to identify the business. I'm really having second thoughts if this company is legitimate or not. It lists itself out of the UK to contact if one needs to; with no contact phone number. I'm gonna wait alittle longer before forwarding my complaint to the federal authorities since my money was transferred via online out of the state.

I thought I ordered a mens shirt in size M (medium). What I actually got was a women's shirt in XL. Tried to contact the seller, to no avail. I can only echo the sentiments of others who describe the product vendor as "dodgy" with after service non existent. Also, it arrived three days outside the speculated delivery fortnight. DO NOT TOUCH this or other similar websites.

I wish it were possible to leave zero stars! Read these reviews - please. The shirts are made of some sort of horrible synthetic tarp like polyester like material that they print the patterns on. They're also insanely huge! I ordered a large and it's like a tent on my. When they finally responded about returning it, which took about 2 weeks of runaround - they offered me 30%. Finally, I had to contact PayPal for their customer protection program. To make matters worse, all the designs are stolen art from images on the web... its insane. This place is horrible!

There are several of these scam sites operating selling the same selection of products. They are not to be trusted. Customer service is ai. At best they are resellers for other cheaper sites selling the same stuff for a fraction of the cost

I ordered two shirts at over $60.00, I thought it would be good quality, they were the cheapest imitation of what good should be. I’ve asked four time for a refund. Once they replied and offered me 30% off and I could keep the junk, I refused. Since then they have ignored by emails. Terrible company avoid or you’ll pay the costs.

It’s vastly oversized, in a different t finish to what’s on their website, with cuffs that are so badly sewn AND two buttons that are too big for the buttonholes! Basically unwearable! UPDATE. Submitted a dispute/claim with PayPal and I won. Full refund received. Ordered an item from their website. What arrived looked horrible. Website describes it as cotton and linen - what arrives was horrible cheap synthetic material. Avoid this company at all costs. Trying to fob me off with a 30% refund! Crazy. Handed over to PayPal to dispute using their Buyer Protection.
Awful Experience - No Communication
Several weeks ago, I ordered 3 shirts from this company. The entire time their website said my order was being processed. I filed a complaint with PayPal who, a couple of weeks later, got me a tracking number. NOT ONCE did the company reach out to me to update me on the order. All they did was send me a ton of emails trying to get me to buy more stuff. Yesterday I FINALLY got the items. I don't really have complaints about the products. But if you order, expect a long, quiet wait.
