The items I recieved where not anything like what was advertised. Cheap faded polyester print version of what is advertised . No customer service just auto generated replies on repeat. No returns, you get offered a 10$ coupon for more of their crap clothes. I thought I was getting an embroidered jumper and got thin polyester print. This company should be shut down and honest Aussies protected. Buyer Beware.
if i could give less than 1 star i would do not be fooled by the pictures they look lovely but what you get is cheap thin nylon material absolutely awful they vary in size enormously these are the worst clothes i have ever purchased cheap material at a vastly inflated price
I was completely lied to as I did not receive what I bought. Not 100% cotton as I specifically ordered. My mistake for not reading reviews. Buyer beware!!!! Their return policy talks about how they use top quality material by top designers. What I saw a two-year-old can make better and now I have to pay for my return ridiculous.
Appalling quality and NOTHING like the online photos. I am so disappointed. Avoid this retailer!!
be careful this company send you a printed copy of the dress that is portrayed on the website the version you get , can be got from a prop shop for a fraction of the cost . YOU DO NOT GET WHAT IS PORTRAYED good luck in returning it as it is unclearly marked PRINTED so don't buy from this company

Scam – beware of this store. The products are completely different from the pictures, with poor and blurry prints on fabric that looks like oilcloth. I do not recommend it, and I warn you – this store is a scam!!!
Rip off. Different material, misaligned picture between panels on the dress, nothing like the picture and seemed a poorly done copy.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Item doesn’t look like what they advertise. The dress has no lace on it like they state. It’s a printed picture on material and completely out of focus. Not even the same material they showed. I threw it away because it’s literally a piece of garbage. Don’t waste your time or money!

Faymoon is a company that advertise her products in a way that the clothes on pictures are very, very far from what they are in the reality. I absolutly do not advice buying those products, tou may experiment a deep feeling of disappointment, loss of money and scam.
This company is a joke.The pictures they show are nothing like what you receive .I ordered a sweater and not a sweater was something polyester, ugly .I'm sending it back never ordering again .Save your money it's a scam..
If I could give zero stars I would. The clothes I received are nothing like the pictures and way too overpriced for what they actually are. Will never order from them again!
The sweaters I ordered are awful! The material is thin and scratchy and looks nothing like the photos. I ordered 2 knit sweaters and they are not knit and they are not thick enough to be called hoodies. The fabric is thin and uncomfortable against the skin and poor quality. The print on the polyester does not look like real knit sweaters even because the image is warped. Very disappointed customer here. Would absolutely not order from faymoon again.
I sadly did not read the reviews. sucked in by beautiful pictures of what looked like woven wool type clothing I purchased a jumper. It arrived as some cheap nylon type rubbish with a pattern printed on it which looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered. The sizing was waaaay off as well, and although I bought a size larger than my usual size out of caution, this thing is like three sizes smaller than my size. Completely misleading. Absolute rubbish clothing.
I would give a zero if I could. The clothing is absolute garbage. Absolutely horrible cheap fabric and terrible print. Returns are impossible. Avoid this company at all costs.
The clothes are very poor quality and they don't do refunds this is a scam company. Do mot buy anything from them.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. The clothing is poor quality for what you have to pay . Aside from that I ordered a size too big and trying to change it is beyond belief ! It’s just emails to and fro . I won’t be ordering from then again that’s for sure 🥺
The clothing from Faymoon I wouldn’t even give away to a homeless person. When I tried to return the whole order as soon as it arrived, they kept refusing and offered me more terrible clothing at discount. It’s now been months of emails & them refusing to let me return the order & refund me. They no longer reply & emails go to a closed account. Clothing is not as described. It is all shiny Polyester (their so called Cotton Blends) & not great styles or fits.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I tried to cancel my order the day after I ordered it and was completely ignored, despite sending multiple emails to cancel. They completely railroaded me and sent it anyway. After reading these reviews I don’t like my chances of returning the items once and if they get here. Don’t use them. Terrible people!
