Ultra 8 cordless vacuum
I am very pleased with my rechargeable Ultra 8 cordless vacuum cleaner, unfortunately the hose split and I was sent a replacement this was an easy fix, free of charge. Thank you.
Good vacuum cleaner with excellent support
Got a Fieety Ultra 8 vacuum cleaner 2 years ago and it is still working fine with regular use. Good value for the money I would say. They have sent a secondary battery on the initial purchase which helped a lot. Recently the brush head needed a replacement and despite no stock available the customer support is providing me with valid options. Always good to have a brand replying and helping out after the initial purchase.
Excellent quality and outstanding customer service
I can only speak highly of this brand. I’ve had a Fieety V7 vacuum cleaner for two years, and it still works wonderfully. The build quality is excellent, and the suction power has remained just as strong as when I first bought it. Customer support has also been outstanding: whenever I needed help or had questions, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this brand, and I’m sure I’ll buy from them again in the future.

The vacuum works great, cleans really well, however the charge does not last very long. Overall leaves floor and carpets clean.
Great customer service
When we purchased the vacuum, we were happy with the performance, but the battery didn't seem to last very long. When I informed the company, they sent me a second battery. After using the vacuumed for over 2 years, we had another small issue, and I got immediate response from customer service and they are going to remedy that issue, too. I would definatly purchase from them again.

Replacement Part
I was disappointed that my vacuum cleaner needed a replacement part in such a short time. I was glad though that the replacement part was sent to me at no charge and is working fine.
Good follow up customer service
The vacuum is great. Easy to use and powerful. Can vacuum a 1500 square foot house on one charge. Great follow up customer service is a real bonus. Would definitely buy another product from Fieety.

I have bought my Fieety V7 in January…
I have bought my Fieety V7 in January 2025 and has been working great since. Recently the plastic tube broke in the brush head and I tried to find on amazon and for some reason I couldn’t, so I contacted the company and asked them to see where it could get one. They instantly replied and offered me a free replacement from their china warehouse. All this while I was way out of my warranty days. I am very happy with the product and the service as well. Definitely recommend it to friends and family 10/10.
Fieety v7 battery powered vacuum
Wonderful product that our kids actually love to use. Lots of vacuum solutions in our home, the Fieety v7 is the consistent go to for everyone since we purchased. It is powerful and nimble, easy to use and empty, great battery life and durable. Highly recommended!
Excelent Custumer Service
I bought a Fleey vacuum cleaner in October 2024, and it has been working perfectly, including the battery. The dust bin broke accidentally. I contacted UK customer service, and they are sending me a replacement at no cost.
Excellent Customer Service - They Stand by Their Products
I bought a Fieety vacuum cleaner 18 months ago from Amazon and was provided with a spare battery. Unlike others have said, the batteries have kept their power and they have performed faultlessly and so did the vacuum cleaner until the plastic corrugated neck in the brush head split. I contacted Fieety UK Support and asked if I could buy a new brush head as it was well outside the one year warranty. However, they very kindly shipped a new brush head, free of charge, all the way from China and it was delivered to me after only one week! The vacuum cleaner now works perfectly again and should do for a long while to come. My emails were always answered within 24 hours. Well done Fieety. Excellent customer service and communication - 10/10.

After using this cordless vacuum cleaner for several weeks, I can confidently give it a five-star rating. Cheaply made rubbish
Bought a Fieety vacuum off amazon and regretted it instantly. They claim 130 mins approx battery life (from 2 batteries) but really you are lucky to get 10 minutes out of one battery. These vacuums are just cheaply made Dyson copies that in no way perform like a Dyson vacuum. Spend a bit more money and get a decent vacuum.

Emailed customer service Hoover not charging sent in ordered number then they asked for invoice number they then wanted copy of invoice when I sent copy they stopped answering several emails so finally I had to speak to amazon who dealt with matter my friend purchased same fieety Hoover both same problem
Unreliable battery that stopped charging after a few months
I purchased a Fieety Ultra 8 cordless vacuum cleaner from Amazon in December 2024. For the first 6 months, it worked as it should be, picking up particles and dust effectively. Then the problems started: (1) the plastic tube where the dust travels from the floor head to the collection box cracked. This reduced the efficiency where dust escaped from the creaked plastic tube. (2) the battery performance degraded significantly - the vacuum clearer stopped after 20 mins of use with 50% charge remaining displayed. I contacted Fieety and eventually got a battery replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement battery stopped charging at all in January 2026, i.e. it lasted just 6 months. I emailed Fieety again to buy another replacement battery as the warranty had expired. I have not received any reply from Fieety. It appeared Fieety has serious product quality/design issues (battery & plastic tube) after a few months of use. Fieety is cheaper than other brands. Their vacuum clearers look good and work well. I expect it to last more than a few months of use. In my experience, it is a false economy to buy a lower cost cordless vacuum cleaner if the battery only works for a few months.
