Great customer service
When we purchased the vacuum, we were happy with the performance, but the battery didn't seem to last very long. When I informed the company, they sent me a second battery. After using the vacuumed for over 2 years, we had another small issue, and I got immediate response from customer service and they are going to remedy that issue, too. I would definatly purchase from them again.
