SCAM
I don't usually do this, but this company is such a scam. They are all over Instagram. The surface reviews are glowing and they look like a professional, legitimate company. Don't be fooled like me. If you order anything and want to return it....... you might as well kiss your money goodbye. Their refund policy is a scam. They claim they will give you a full refund, but they do not tell you that you will be shipping it to China. If you want to return your item for that refund, you will be paying shipping to China! I basically would have been paying as much for the return shipping as I did for the items I purchased. Buyer beware.
Fraudulent Return Policy
They require you to "email customer service" in order to get the return shipping address to mail in items for a refund. We've emailed three times and they still haven't provided the shipping address. All the while their "30 day cancellation window" expires. I would not do business with this company again.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service - I never write a reviews but this is the first company I’ve worked with that is extremely slow in response to my inquiry on an item that was not delivered. When they finally responded, their response was extremely generic/not helpful as if it was a bot that is responding.
Delivery takes too long.
Shipment been stuck with customs for a week today now. Bought and paid April 26. Started moving April 30. It's on import release status since May 05. Customer Services are responsive enough, they just don't give any real info.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company, do not buy from them. Received faulty items and have emailed them four times but have been ignored every time. Way overpriced for the quality and tops of the same size vary massively in actual size. So angry with them it’s untrue
Wife loves them
I ordered two pairs of cargo leggings and a pair of shorts for my wife. My wife loves them all, and they all fit perfect... but... One pair of the leggings was white up top and black on the legs. The fist thing she said is "I guess I can't wear dark panties with these" I looked and could barely make out the gray panties she was wearing while just standing straight up. The shipping took the full 12 business days. I was a little disappointed with that but it was clearly marked on the shipping page so I cannot complain, but I would suggest if they can do anything to speed that up, they should. My only other complaint was that they gave me a discount code to use after this purchase, but when my wife logged onto my account to order another pair, it said the discount code couldn't be used on my account.
Cheap see through material
These are a stunning designs - and they do feel so soft and silky, the only problem is they are totally see through when you bend over, so really cheap fabric - a real shame, if the quality of the material was thicker they would be getting 100% returning customers - very disappointed
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I write to know the status if my order an no response. I’ve ordered for weeks now and still don’t know where I’m going to receive my order. Is there a special place I can file an official complaint ? I feel like I have been robbed and I’m stressed because I have spent a subsequent amount of money with my order.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO CHINA
I don't have a huge issue with the merchandise; just didn't love the material. Contacted the company, who only gave a China address for returns. The website does not disclose that YOU MUST SEND RETURNS TO CHINA. Even if you're happy with the merchandise, you may need another size, and you're stuck with international shipping for the exchange. Not a problem if they'd be up-front about it, but they're not...very much on purpose, since it would drive away at least 50% of their orders. Who the h*ll wants to send anything internationally. Completely regret this purchase.

I am very frustrated, I didn’t like the items I bought it, and they don’t answer emails, does anybody knows the return address??
CHINA ITEMS! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
Bought items last month - February from this company for the 1st time. I completed 2 separate orders in like 5 mins. I emailed them right away to cancel the other order as it is duplicate. Julia emailed back stating that due to Chinese New Year in February that they are not able to do anything with orders until they are back on the 19th and that they will take care of it. And will respond when they return. I waited patiently and gave them extra 2 days but no one emailed me back. So I sent another email, no response. Another day, I sent a 3rd email, still nothing! And they went ahead and shipped both orders! And btw, you can't call them because they are located in China!! You can only email them. So, I filed a dispute with Paypal and they too did not get a response from them so Paypal refunded me the full amount I disputed. Not only does FIRM ABS customer service sucks, they will not help you with any issues. The items took a month to deliver. They will blantanly ignore you and also items are cheaply made. Very thin and see through! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND! VERY POOR first time experience from this company. Stick to US brands!
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I ordered leggings while shipments were being halted until later that month. Ok cool, I can wait. Then the date where they said shipments will proceed came, my order did not get shipped. A try to email them and they take weeks to respond. And they still had not sent out my order. Finally demanded a refund and they didn’t even refund the full amount. What the heck! That’s on them that they couldn’t get their shipments together, not me!
Refund sucks
I received two outfits after 3 weeks of waiting. I decided to keep the blue leggings and return a purple bra and legging set. I’ve emailed the company 3 times now asking how to return my items, and continue to receive push back and more emails to understand why. It seems like the company doesn’t want to give any refunds Please DO NOT BUY from this company, there not legit. Never again will I buy from FirmAbs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I placed my order over a month ago and after chasing them for shipping information was told that the order I placed was out of stock. Now I’m chasing them for a full refund which seems unlikely. They are a scam company.

It’s been 25 days & items still haven’t arrived, emails are ignored as well. Items are shipped from China, I paid $15US for shipping and 3weeks later I get an email wanting more money for shipping. Unfortunately it’s a scam & I probably won’t be getting items or a refund.
A Chinese company that doesn't deliver!
Placed first order and waited for 3 weeks. Emails were ignored until I opened case against them with Paypal. Firmabs thn insisted that the package is still coming it's just taking longer due to covid. Another week went by and nothing. Paypal refunded me. Then i went to check the tracking and the package was apparently returned to the seller. It never actually left China! Beware this company is dishonest and customer service is non existent.
