I love their camo leggings, they are such incredible quality and are very flattering! I got them in multiple colours. The company sends out the products immediately after you bought and even tracks their packages. The customer service even reached out to me when they thought my package got lost without me messaging them cause they tought it was stuck in customs or something (the package had already arrived at my place so it was just a misunderstanding). So that shows they really care about their customers being happy. The only thing I am very sad about is that I am waiting for a restock on the camo leggings (size S, colours are light green and lilac) for 7months now and it never happened. I even asked them on their live chat on their site but they responded they don't know when it will get restocked. How does a company not know about their products for over half a year? That sounds somewhat fishy to me and is the only point I give a star less because of. But otherwise all good. I do highly recommend this company!

Horrible customer service
I made multiple orders worth 100s of $ being a loyal customer for a long time but now when the time came to finally return an item I found out their customer service is a total nightmare! No return address available on the website, not a single response to any of my numerous emails... very disappointed and even though I love their clothing I will not be ordering any more especially after reading other reviews having similar experience

They misadvertise
They say on their website a deal is for new customers to spend $150 and get one of four free items and don’t add it to the cart it will show up automatically at checkout, when you checkout nothing shows up, emailed them and they just say that promo is over but it’s still on their website. Also, didn’t realize until checkout that they’re based out of China
Chinese Company
Be Aware this is a Chinese company. They try to make it look like it is not but it is. So returning items is nearly impossible since the shipping cost are yours to pay (30-40 euro is no strange amount). That is probably why they have a hidden return address that can only be aquired if you mail their support desk. They did give me a refund of 25% (bought for around 110 dollar) items. They probably still made profit and it costs me around 75 dollars of items I cannot use. That being said the items itself do look not bad and it seems good quality but cannot test it since the item will probably never be worn.

Love the Firm Abs workout clothing line..Really good quality! Styles and colors are just what I look for in workout clothes. I did have a issue with the shipping, but everything worked out..I will order again in the future. :)
Don't waste your money
Did not receive my order. As of today, it's been 45 days since I received the shipping notification, and 27 days since the tracking information was last updated. All customer support can do is blame COVID for shipping delays - I'm not buying it. I ordered and received other packages from China in the time I've been waiting for my FirmAbs order to arrive.

I love my purchases from this company I wear them all the time to work out! I feel so great wearing this brand I feel confident and the product really fits my body perfectly ! I will say they do take about 2-4 weeks to receive your order which feels kind of long ! The hem came out on one of my of pairs of shorts from them and the customer service people were cool and are now sending me a new pair (:

Amazing customer service, am so surprised , they are great. I had some issue with the sizes, and they were soo quick to answer back professionally. They let me exchange sizes with new items for free 🤗 am happy to deal with them, no headache at all. I will definitely recommend it. Thank you
Not so happy boy after all!
I bought two pairs of Essential leggings, in black and gray, size small. I’m a guy who loves leggings and I have dozens of pairs from different brands. These were my first purchases from Firm Abs. I was initially very pleased. The fabric is buttery soft but still had plenty of compression, which I love. I used buy medium in women’s leggings (very limited choice in men’s leggings), but found that small were a better fit and gave extra compression. However, after a few days wearing these leggings I am pretty disappointed. They are way too short and sit well above the ankle by several centimetres. They also keep slipping down at the waist and feel baggy around the crotch area. It’s such a pity as the style, fabric, quality and detailing are superb. So, sorry to say I’m not a happy boy.

Really good customer service. Very good material. I had a issue with sizes, they had send wrong ones first. But they are sending me proper sizes products and also let me keep old product as a gift. Waiting eagerly to wear them to gym.

I ordered my Firm Abs set. I am happy with the service and efficiency. I got it within 2 weeks and it looks great. I don’t like the labels on it too much as I personally like it plain, but the fabric is nice and it sits nicely. Thank you Firm Abs
Didn’t like customer service
Worst experience ever. I ordered like 3 months ago and didn’t receive my order. No one contacted me or gave me any updates so i had to reach out. When I contacted customer service via email they said they will refund. THEY STILL DIDN’T AFTER 1 MONTH!
Great Customer Service
I really liked the leggings I got (white and black cargo) and they’re super comfy. Only thing is my pair are really see through on the white portion. The company has great customer service though and resolved this right away. I’ll definitely buy another pair in a darker colour.
