Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality, durability, and comfort of the athletic wear, making workouts much more enjoyable. People also express how much they love the flattering designs and perfect fit of their outfits. Consumers consistently appreciate the friendly, responsive, and attentive customer service team that always goes above and beyond. However, some customers noted frustrating problems with missing orders, delayed email responses, or unfulfilled refunds from support. A few reviewers also found that certain items did not always match the expected sizing or color description on the website.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The clothes are very beautiful, but the return service is absolutely non-existent. I returned two items because they didn't fit me well. They only refunded me for one item, and they completely ignored the other one. I have already sent more than 7 emails since April and nobody answers. I am deeply disappointed and looking into how to file a formal complaint. Do not buy here if you think you might need to return something!
I am still waiting for an email reply on returning pants that didn't fit. I took pictures of the tags like you requested and never heard anything more from you
I thought they were a good company until I tried to return something. I emailed them multiple times to try to return an item and they do not respond.
I love the quality of Firm Abs products, and their fit is excellent.
My order is sent back without no reason . The address is correct. My money are gone for nothing cause nobody answer
Nobody answers to me — Hello, I would like to change the size of the following item (Cropped Slim Fit Workout Jacket Grey) to a size S instead of XS. Order : FABS1202DF252191sa How should I proceed? This is my first time requesting a size exchange, and it is indicated that the first exchange is offered free of charge. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Marianne Lamy
Comfortable and material feels great on and warm as well. Love them.
This is my second time ordering. I love the cargo pants, they feel and fit great, and they are amazing quality and worth every penny.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVISE
I love all the outfits I purchased from you. Especially the gym gear, I can work out and then head to a coffee shop or even a restaurant without feeling uncomfortable.
I love the look of the cargo style leggings, they are comfortable and functional. I have three colours. Also have four tops. I use firm abs for weight lifting and Hiit classes. Have been using this stuff for about three years now. I get compliments on the style from other women too. I will keep buying.
I love my new shirts. They're thin enough to allow skin to stay cool as it heats up here in AZ. Great colors! One even has an opening in the sleeve for looking at sports watch. Love that feature. Suggest you do that with all shirts 😄
I really like the leggings I ordered: comfy and the best quality I ever had. I ordered the denim cargo leggings and it is perfect for me. It took only a week to receive it here in Hungary, really fast service. :)
Horrible brand , do not buy anything from them. I paid and ordered something and first came back that they didn't have the item and than never refunded the actual money even after a month now.
All of my many orders had the same problems of ripping threats which is quite inconvenient in the long run because it happens the most on the pockets, which are the reason I buy their leggings. They look good but buying 4 pairs of leggings every year because of bad pockets is a major inconvenience. But I haven't found a better solution or an alternative yet.
Loved the product Good quality Was delivered on time
My two items ordered on February 20. I still have not received them and it’s March 10 no tracking. No your product is all the way. No confirmation . Only the email that I purchased

Top notch and super prompt customer support and is so customer centric. One of my best experiences ever! Plus they are generous with discounts. Firm Abs products are unique in not just style but cut and fabric as well. My favorite is the cargo style leggings that enhances your curves and sweaxyness while working out. Ordered twice already.
