Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality, durability, and comfort of the athletic wear, making workouts much more enjoyable. People also express how much they love the flattering designs and perfect fit of their outfits. Consumers consistently appreciate the friendly, responsive, and attentive customer service team that always goes above and beyond.
However, some customers noted frustrating problems with missing orders, delayed email responses, or unfulfilled refunds from support. A few reviewers also found that certain items did not always match the expected sizing or color description on the website.
I bought my beautiful Fuschia leggings from this great company. There are many great things such as Price, Shipping, Customer Service and no tariff or extra taxes to pay off front. Would I order more in the near future? Definitely. Eventhough they are made especially for women. Please don't forget that some men love them too. A+++++++++++++. Thank you

I purchased some leggings and top from firmabs, I found they weren't really suitable for me, so I requested exchange or refund.
Very satisfied with response, quick service, no debate whatsoever as to whether this would be a problem.

I never received my order. I emailed the company and they emailed me back stating they would get it sent right out, still haven’t received it. I was really looking forward to wearing them too. I don’t know what’s going on.

I was skeptical about the legitimacy of the company because initially the tracking results showed they could not locate my order number. The company emailed me immediately and assured me that my order was on its way and explained the slight delay i may experience. I received the products I ordered and they are everything I anticipated ! LOVE THESE!
