Fast reception but I have only one piece. I ordered 3 differents ref 37540-SM4-E01, 37540-SM4-G02, 91503-SS0-003 but you said there is no stock for the two first references . So I've only the piece ref : 91503-SS0-003

The web user interface is poorly designed. The customer service is almost non existent. Even there was a delay in the shipment, no one informed the customer in advance. Zero initiative even after spoke to CSO.

Parts were delivered quickly and correctly. Packaging was good too. Free shipping within Singapore is a good deal. Only wish they'll have more OEM parts available locally.

Happy that the is a genuine website , which has large amount of variety of car parts and in reasonably price . One dismay from my previous order was some items weren’t available on time for dispatch. Other than that , it’s all good🤗.

I would have given 5 star, but on my last order one tie rod had incorrect thread direction despite correct part number on the box and on the tie rod itself. After online chat with agent I was granted a refund

You have a new business model that is not of any benefit to the customer. Your prices are rediculous and the shipping cost is far too expensive. And the worst part is the time to deliver. It takes too long to complete an order. You need to rethink your business policy and make an effort to please your customers.

Please consider taking note of the delivery dates when compiling offers into the cart. The ready and dispatch times are calculated based on the item with the longest lead time in the cart. Essentially the order is waiting for the last item to arrive before it is shipped out to you.
Considering that your orders usually comprise many items, it may be plausible for you to split your orders.
Make the 1st cart only with items with a short lead time (i.e. 1-2 days).
And 2nd cart with items with a longer lead time.
We will continue to do our utmost to find and bring the best offers available on the market for the best lead time and prices. Hopefully, more offers where the best prices are also with the shortest lead time.
