Very comprehensive catalog for Toyota parts and helpful staff who helped to cancel an order made by mistake. I’d love to give perfect score but have to lower my rating by 1 star because staff aren’t able to advise on parts when the attached part diagram by the supplier has a mistake. For this, FitinPart can learn from Amayama

Pretty easy to locate parts, order on-line and self collect. Their email reminders is always useful. Keep it up and continue to increase your range of parts. An area of improvement is maybe to allow cross reference of part numbers for OEM against originals.

The air filter purchased according to my chassis number did not fit my car. Queried them online and was told to return the item for a refund at their office. A waste of time. Item was well packed.

DHL charges you about $15 for customs clearance in Germany
What I didn't like was the fact that I was not informed about the customs clearance fee for my order. For a part that costs 9,70 € I had to pay about 25 € for DHL shipment to Germany. DHL charged me another 22 Euros for customs processing/ tax/ duty. …as if they* didn’t know that customs duties and value-added tax apply. It was a bad surprise. *neither DHL nor Fitinpart
