We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially after so many years as a customer. We value loyalty and always aim to handle matters with care, respect and professionalism. In this instance, one of our team members noticed a display identical to our designs, complete with our branding, in your premises. As this raised a concern around our stock and brand standards, our team followed our standard procedure - which includes seeking clarification and, if necessary, collecting items that are still part of our inventory. We appreciate that you believe the display was purchased elsewhere, and we regret that this situation caused upset. We have reflected on the way this was handled and acknowledge that the experience was not as smooth as we would have wished. However, we also have a responsibility to our brand and our staff to act in a way that ensures consistency, protects our property and maintains the high standards our customers expect. We’re sorry that this situation has led to the end of our relationship, and we wish you all the best in the future. Floral Image UK
