Let's start with the result - we had over 10K views of our website in the first few days of launching, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from industry participants on the clarity of the messaging, flow of information and visualizations. How we got there: TRUST. The Flowspark team made us feel like they were part of our core team - this did not feel like an outsourced engagement. The team presented options, took feedback and incorporated changes quickly. There was a constant feeling that all the team members had a sense of personal responsibility for the work done. They built integrations with our solutions for HR and CRM tools. We worked quickly through last minute changes (and some of it was completely on us - we did not catch a content issue with one of the pages) to make the deadline for launch!

I loved how quickly the team was able to turnaround designs which were pixel-perfect but I also really liked their attention to detail (for example by adding some subtle animations to our website)
Communication was excellent as well. We're definitely planning to work on the long-term with them to add extra pages and tweaks to our marketing site.

I recently started working with the Flowspark team and I couldn't recommend them enough. I've been personally designing and managing our website site for the past 2+ years and while i've learned at lot, I'm not a designer. We were actually looking for a webflow designer to overhaul our site, but everyone I had reached out to had a 2+ month backlog. The benefit of having Flowspark on a monthly retainer is that now I can focus on the content rather than how to design it around my technical limitations. We've been able to create complex pages and custom code wise ease. I couldn't recommend them enough and am SO happy we made the decision to work together. They'll be on staff as long as I own my company.
