Let's start with the result - we had over 10K views of our website in the first few days of launching, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from industry participants on the clarity of the messaging, flow of information and visualizations. How we got there: TRUST. The Flowspark team made us feel like they were part of our core team - this did not feel like an outsourced engagement. The team presented options, took feedback and incorporated changes quickly. There was a constant feeling that all the team members had a sense of personal responsibility for the work done. They built integrations with our solutions for HR and CRM tools. We worked quickly through last minute changes (and some of it was completely on us - we did not catch a content issue with one of the pages) to make the deadline for launch! It really does come down to the fact that the skill and diligence of the team established immediate trust between the two organizations. Cannot wait to see how the other projects turn out!
