Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the top-notch quality of the custom photo books, vibrant colors, and durable materials. People also love how simple it is to design albums using the helpful software tools. Others share that physical orders arrive very quickly and the packaging protects items perfectly.
Some people were dissatisfied with specific ordering experiences and processing results. Reviewers noted occasional printing flaws like unwanted lines or colors that did not match expectations. A few users also mentioned that the digital platform can sometimes feel complicated to navigate during projects.
I specifically told them to scan pages that had flaps that opened in the open position in order to preserve all the photos on the page, even if that cost extra, I was willing to pay for the service.....they didn't do it and the scan received only shows the top most picture

The book was printed as submitted, pages look beautiful. I enjoy the the flexability in developing a photo book with FOREVER. Would be nice if the software would allow for removing unwanted images from the background of photos. The turn around time from placing the order to receipt of product was excellent.
