This site is a total trap. I ordered a 'MENS' size jersey, but they sent a tiny child’s size with a fake 'MENS' label on it! It’s a deliberate manufacturing fraud. The seller uses a rigged menu with fake buttons ('S' and '20') to steal your money.
The 'Resolution Center' is a joke: Agent Shine ignored all my photo evidence and closed the case to protect the thief. They even lied about 'color' issues to avoid a refund! They are complicit in the scam. I am filing a FRAUD claim with my bank. DELETE THIS APP NOW. DISGUSTING!

I wish I could give DHgate negative stars. From start to finish, this platform treats customers like an afterthought:
No respect for buyers. Sellers disappear the moment you complain, and customer service either ignores you or sends canned responses that solve nothing.
Zero refunds. Even when packages never arrive or products are completely different, they refuse to reimburse you or force you into an endless dispute loop.
Quality is shockingly mediocre. You’ll get flimsy fabrics, off-spec electronics that die within days, and accessories so cheap they break under the slightest pressure.
Shipping times are atrocious. What they promise as “7–15 days” usually becomes 6–8 weeks, with tracking that updates once and then vanishes.
Hidden fees and surprise charges. Customs and handling fees appear out of nowhere, doubling your total cost—yet DHgate provides zero support to recover those extra expenses.
Counterfeit and misrepresented items. Photos on the site bear no resemblance to what arrives. Expect knockoffs masquerading as name brands, often so poor they border on illegal.
Disappearing acts. Sellers routinely cancel orders after taking your money, claiming “out of stock,” then relisting the exact same item days later.
Shady dispute resolution. Their “buyer protection” is a joke—once the seller replies, you automatically lose unless you can supply video evidence of the unboxing.
Nonexistent quality control. You’ll receive one of three random items, none matching your order, with no recourse and no accountability.

I ordered my wedding dress since April 15, 2025 my wedding passed on May 17 and I was very unhappy not to have had my dress I had to wear an evening dress at my wedding. I've got scammed on DHgate.shop, i have ordered some fake designer bags, and after 33 days they sent me an email saying that the package was delivered but i have not received anything, they also deal with a tracking company called track716, to make thigs look real and they even send you a tracking number but when i sent them an email saying that i have not received my package they asked to check with my post office àd there where i discovered that i have been scammed as the tracking number they sent me is fake instead of containing 13 characters it has got 14 characters, they really are smart, and the problem here is that my payment was deposited to the account of a real company in Macau called Anglan Weetly. So please be careful
Ordered 2 sweater december. Received them january (wrong color) 97$! Asked them and they said to return them so i paid 30$ for return (no tracking number since the tracking cost 60$) till now they still have not received the 2 sweaters! The seller took advantage of a shipment fee, by adding hidden fees I tried to cancel, and Dhgate do not have a customer service that actually helps the customer, before you buy there just try to find a customer service phone number, email that actually they reply. Believe me do not buy in this platform
