包装密封有缺陷和无益的客户支持
我购买了 4.5 公斤袋的 Impact 乳清蛋白，但内置的拉链密封装置完全有缺陷，无法关闭。这不是我第一次遇到他们的袋包装的这个问题，2.7 公斤的袋子也是如此。 为了防止浪费 4.5 公斤蛋白粉，我不得不用重型胶带永久密封袋子的顶部。 当我联系客户服务并提供显示产品、SKU 和批次号的清晰照片时，他们坚持要收到证明 zip 机制不起作用的视频。由于袋子已经用胶带封住以保护产品，因此仅仅为了拍摄视频而撕掉胶带就会完全破坏包装。 他们没有用常识来处理这个问题，而是因为我没有提供视频而自动关闭了我的索赔。客户服务差，袋子密封不合格。
