Defective packaging seal and unhelpful customer support
I purchased the 4.5 kg bag of Impact Whey Protein, but the built-in zip seal mechanism was completely defective and would not close. This is not the first time I have experienced this exact issue with their pouch packaging it was the same with a 2.7kg bag. To prevent 4.5 kg of protein powder from going to waste, I had to permanently seal the top of the bag with heavy-duty parcel tape. When I contacted customer service with clear photos showing the product, SKU, and batch number, they insisted on receiving a video proving the zip mechanism does not work. Since the bag was already taped shut to protect the product, removing the tape just to film a video would have ruined the packaging entirely. Instead of handling the issue with common sense, they automatically closed my claim simply because I did not supply the video. Poor customer service and substandard pouch seals.

I've been using MyProtein products for quite a while, and it has become my favorite supplement brand. The quality of the products is excellent, and I find them to be very effective. What I appreciate most is that they offer great quality at affordable prices compared to many other brands. I currently live in Pakistan, where MyProtein products are not officially available. Whenever my supplements run out, I order them through my relatives who live in the UK, USA, or Europe. Sometimes they buy the products for me as a gift, and other times I place the order myself and have it delivered to their address. When they travel to Pakistan, they bring the products for me. Overall, my experience with MyProtein has always been positive. The product quality, taste, variety, and value for money have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend MyProtein to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality fitness supplements.
