The bags don’t close properly.
Other than that the taste is good. Maybe a bit too granular/powdery either after a good shake, baked or mixed with instant rice flour or into greek yogurt.

My wife and I love the MyProtein Whey Isolate! We usually mix it with yogurt or into a smoothie. It's great tasting and super high in protein!

You sent my order in two parcels, one parcel being a very small sample. Only one out of the two was delivered to the correct pick up store. The other was « delayed » by your career partner who said some details were missing but only for the delivery of the second parcel. When it was delivered to a pick up location I didn’t require, it was wide open, somebody had keyed it. It’s at least the 4th time I’m having a problem with career and you don’t offer other option so this was my last order with you, sorry.

Making people pay to return an item you can't try on should not be a thing. Other companies would take this into account. There are no stores in France so trying on items from Myprotein is impossible and therefore if a return is necessary it should be FREE.

It’s a great experience! The prices are attractive and shipping is fast; I only had a minor issue last time—my package arrived damaged, though everything was inside and nothing was missing. The only downside is that the origin of the food products and raw materials isn't listed... but apart from that, everything is fine. The products work well, and everything is quite affordable.
