From the first day of your stay, our team remained in constant contact with you and responded promptly to every concern raised. As soon as the water issue was reported, we immediately dispatched our maintenance team to inspect and resolve it, and we continued following up until the issue was addressed. We also attended to the concern regarding ants and carried out the necessary treatment. Regarding the internet, our team was actively working to investigate the issue and requested the Wi-Fi speed test results on multiple occasions so we could identify the cause and resolve it accordingly. Unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information, which limited our ability to troubleshoot further. We are pleased that the reported issues within our control were resolved during your stay, and we remained available throughout to provide timely assistance. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our service.
