Hi Eileen, we're so happy Kingston Mcfloof is loving Freshpet and that we’ve earned your trust. Reviews like yours make our day extra pawsome. Thanks for the 5 stars. 🐾💚
Hi Patricia, thanks so much for the 5-stars. Our mission is to make mealtime simple, healthy, and delicious for the dog you love, so we’re thrilled to hear Bean is enjoying our recipes and that your delivery experience went smoothly. Sending lots of tail wags your way! 💚🐾
SMH。
Hi there, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we'd like the opportunity to look into this further for you. We've requested a few additional details so we can better understand what happened. When you have a moment, please reply at your earliest convenience so we can continue assisting you. We truly appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you. -Jillian
Hi Linda, we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that Romeo didn’t enjoy our Shredded Chicken recipe. Every dog has their own taste preferences, and sometimes a change in texture, aroma, or ingredients can take some getting used to. Adding a topper is a great way to help with the transition. We’re grateful to have you as part of our Freshpet pack. 🐾💚
Hi Amber, we’re so happy to hear our recipes passed the picky pup test and really hit the spot! Nothing makes us happier than keeping tails wagging with food pups love and reliable delivery. Thanks for being the best part of the Freshpet pack! 🐶💚
Hi Lelia, we're so glad your pups are loving Freshpet and that we've earned your trust. Hearing that picky eaters are enjoying our recipes truly makes us so happy. We're here for the cuddles, the zoomies and all the healthy meals. 💚🐾
Hi there, we're thrilled to hear that Dexter loves our meals and that transitioning has been easy! Thanks for trusting us with his nutrition. We truly appreciate you. 🐾💚
