Our dog is a very, very picky eater. She’s 5 and we have fed her rotisserie chicken that entire time. We ordered and received Fresh Pet exactly the way we hoped. We put a helping in her bowl and stood back to see her reaction. Instead of slinking up to her bowl, sniffing, and walking away - she ate it. You can’t imagine the joy and relief. She continues to eat it as soon as we feed her. Yippe!!!
Excellent product, on time delivery, great customer service
Daisy is enjoying her freshpet food! It was a journey trying different brands and recipes so seeing her eating her dinner eagerly is a good feeling. We’re glad she is happy and frisky as ever!
Hi Myrashia, we happy to hear that your pup loves our recipes. Thank you for the 5-stars! 💚
The food was easily accepted by Stella.
Hi Peter, we're happy to hear Stella approved of our recipes. Thanks for the 5 stars and for choosing Freshpet 💚
My dog is now eating dinner every night. She would skip meals a lot before. Her coat looks so much thicker and soft. I recommend fresh pet!
Hi Suzanne, we’re so happy to hear you’ve noticed health improvements with our recipes. Thank you for the 5-stars and recommendation. 💚🐾
Delivery, and quality
Hi Anita, on-time delivery and an easy scheduling experience is exactly what we aim for. Thanks for the 5-stars. 💚🐾
Hi kerry, we're so happy your pup is loving Freshpet. Big thanks from our pack to yours! 💚🐶
Like having her food delivered and she seems to like having a variety. I’ve had to delay her next delivery because she’s only on the 3rd bag. She’s only 15 pounds.
I was buying Fresh Pet from the grocery store and decided to subscribe. Subscription is much better because it seems to come in smaller pieces than what I got at the store. I spent a lot of time chopping it - Charlie has few teeth and was swallowing whole which led to throwing up. I still spend time chopping but she likes the food and I will continue with FreshPet. I have tried other subscription brands but came back to FreshPet. And by the way, Charlie lost a few lbs because of FreshPet and is now well maintained. She is a happy dog.
Hi Carol, we’re so happy to hear you’re seeing improvements in Charlie's health and happiness. Give her an extra belly rub from all of us. Thanks for the 5-stars. 💚🐶
Our toy poodle, Ironhide, is 3 years old and really loves his Freshpet meals. He is a very picky eater. We recently tried Freshpet and has been a wonderful experience! How refreshing for a fur mama to be able to feed our furbaby easily and knowing he is eating very healthy!!!
Hi Cheryl, we're so happy Ironhide is loving Freshpet. Our mission is to make mealtime simple and healthy for the dogs you love. Thanks for the 5-stars. 💚🐾
If I would’ve known how easy it was to subscribe and get this every month and save money I would’ve done this a long time ago. My pup absolutely loves the fresh foods. I like how easy it is.
Hi Carrie, we're happy to hear that your pup loves our recipes. On-time delivery and an easy scheduling experience is exactly what we aim for. Thanks for the 5-stars. 💚
Great delivery and Kulu loves it. Great variety too
Hi Donn, we're happy to hear that Kulu is loving our Freshpet meals and that we could deliver a tail-wagging experience. Thank you for the 5-stars! 🐾💚
My two dogs love fresh pet! Blu who normally eats slower than Mimi has learned to speed up. Mimi gobbles her Fresh Pet so quickly and goes over to Blu’s dish to help. He finally got it! Now he eats just as fast as Mimi that all she can do is lick his empty plate!!
Hi Stephlee, we're so happy Mini and Blu are loving Freshpet. If your pups had thumbs, they’d be giving us 5 stars too. Big thanks from our pack to yours! 💚🐾
Hi Jean, thank you for the 5 stars and for choosing Freshpet! Your feedback is a total treat for our team. 🐶💚
Both dogs are now super excited to eat, where they would just ignore their food before. Out senior dog definitely has more energy and seems much happier.
Hi Michelle, thank you for the 5-star review! Knowing it's making a difference for your pups makes our tails wag. We’re thrilled our recipes were a hit. 🐶💚
Copper really enjoys his new food. With every meal he is so eager to eat! I am extremely pleased with the amount of effort that goes into ensuring his food is delivered effectively and efficiently. We had a delay in his food with no blame on Pet Fresh. However, Pet Fresh was swift with contacting me to let me know the see the order was delayed and reassured me that I will receive a new batch of food soon. Excellent customer service!
Hi Porshea, we're all ears over this one! Hearing that Copper loves our recipes and that the delivery process was easy from start to finish, makes us so happy. Reviews like yours make our day extra pawsome. 🐾💚
Josie is enjoying her Freshpet shredded chicken. She's not really fond of the chicken, beef and lamb mix. Overall, she is doing well with the food but would rather eat whatever we're eating. Typical spoiled pet.
Hi Laura, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Hearing that Josie is enjoying our Shredded Chicken recipe makes us so happy. Your feedback is the best kind of treat. 🐾💚
My little girl is 15 years old, doesn’t have a lot of teeth and this is the perfect food for her. She doesn’t care for the one with beef liver, but the chicken and turkey are her favorites. I do still run it through a mini food chopper to break down the pieces even further because of her lack of teeth. But it has a very pleasant smell to me and I can tell she enjoys it…. licks her bowl clean.
Hi Anita, we're so glad your pup is loving Freshpet. Thanks for letting us be part of your pups's routine, we're here for the cuddles, the zoomies, and all the healthy meals to come! 💚🐾
Hi Diane, we're thrilled to hear that your pups are loving our recipes. Your 5 stars really made our tails wag. 🐶💚
