Placed an order on March 1st for a dress for my daughter's formal that she had her heart set on. It is now June 11th & after repeated attempts to contact them via both email & live chat, they cancelled my order & refunded me last night after I had sent them notice I would only give 24 hours more before taking things up with PayPal for a refund. No explanation was offered, no communication back whatsoever, but at least we got our money back. Thankfully I still have a little time left to help her find a dress. But customer service & communication are pretty much non existent. Extremely disappointed and angry with this company & I will strongly advise people NOT to waste your time on this site.
If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a dress off of their website using their sizing chart as the guide. Waited a month to get and dress was too big. I immediately reached out to them with images of the size using my soft measuring tape to be told I was wrong, they asked for pics of the dress on the person to identify the issue so I did so, again with my measuring tape so they could see it was oversized. They offered $20 to have dress altered locally. I told them I’d send the invoice once I’ve had the appointment but $20 was not going to cut it. Sent them the $119 receipt for what additional I had to pay out of pocket for them making the dress wrong and am now fighting to get that reimbursed. They have increased the offer up to $80 or I have to return the dress. Dress is for my child’s prom in a week. Note they say dresses have a 1” margin of error for sizing…. Ours was 3 1/2” too big. I have email threads to back up my review. Do not recommend.
Total scam. The shipping times are a lie. I ordered on 2/14 and I called to find out why it hasn’t shipped and they said it wouldn’t even ship until April. No where near the time it said when I ordered and then said they would only refund $150 because they already cut it. I call bs bc if they already cut it why would it take another 3 plus weeks to ship it. And to make it worse when you pull the dress up on the website it still says ship time between 3/16 to 3/24
Haven't purchased anything yet, but considering the photos are clearly AI modified, I'm convinced it could be a scam. Not claiming that I know, but suggesting caution surrounding this website/.
