I have had my 10k account since April 2025. I got funded and finally got to my first payout in August, 2 weeks later my second payout. After my second payout, the very first trade I get on I position where I risked 150$, a fee of 160$. I write to their support, no answers. The second trade I open a position for 100$ and again the fee is ridiculous at 92$. Still no answer from support, which means to me, they are sabotaging my account since I've paid it off. Also right after my second payout I got logged out from Tradelocker on all my devices and had to log back in, which I also found suspicious but didn't think about it as much at the time.
So it was all good until my second payout and now they are sabotaging the account.

Literally one of the worst prop firms I have ever worked with. Discrete rules that they use to deny payouts, nothing is ever clear until you request a payout and it’s been denied…. I closed two trades at the same time on TWO SEPARATE PAIRS and its somehow a breach… The rule is you are not allowed to close trades within 15 seconds of each other then why is there an option to close all trades. If I can’t take multiple trades why give me an option to close multiple trades? Mind you, one trade was AUD, one was EURO and they were entered hours apart. Been funded multiple times with FundedX but as of late their rules are ridiculous. I had two accounts breached when requesting a payout all within 2 weeks of each other. The breaches were stated from rule 4 of the risk contract and fell under “you cannot open or close trades within 15 seconds of each other”. Mind you I entered one trade at 8:30 and entered a second one on a DIFFERENT PAIR an hour later. I closed both of them hours later at the same time, one for a loss and one for a win and that is somehow a breach. FUNDEDX is the only firm in the industry which will take away funding and payouts away from you for trading normally. Never again from these scam artists.

I joined FundedX and successfully completed all the required phases, including the minimum 10 trading days. My account has been active on MT5, and I have been trading without any issues.
However, when I requested my first withdrawal, I faced continuous delays and contradictory statements from support:
First, they told me I need 10 trading days, which I completed.
Later, they mentioned 30 trading days, which was never in the rules.
Then they said my case is with their “experts” but never provided a clear update.
My account is still active, but they are refusing to process my withdrawal without giving a valid reason.
I have proof of all conversations, including WhatsApp chats and emails from FundedX support, where they keep changing their statements. It has now been several weeks, and I still have not received my withdrawal.
This shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. I am sharing this here so that other traders are aware before investing their time and money with this firm.
I am still open to resolving this matter directly with FundedX if they can process my withdrawal immediately, but so far, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

At first glance, the company appeared promising. Their website clearly asked for my country and phone number during registration, and since Iraq was listed as an option, I naturally assumed they supported traders from my country. Trusting that, I invested in a challenge, confident I understood the rules and was prepared to prove myself.
Weeks of hard work, discipline, and determination later, after successfully passing the challenge, I was shocked to be told that my country is not supported. There was never any clear warning or indication about this restriction upfront. How can a company offer a country as a selectable option if they don’t actually support it? Regarding their Discord support, I was extremely disappointed. Payout Rejected Based on Rule Not in Signed Contract
On July 30th, my payout request with FundedX was rejected and my account got breached for allegedly violating Point 4 of my contract.
The contract I signed states: “Opening and closing trades in a very short time frame (less than 15 seconds).”
My trading records show that all trades were held far longer than 15 seconds.
The firm later claimed this rule also covers “re-entering trades” within 15 seconds — wording that does not appear in the contract I signed. Official Discord screenshots show this expanded interpretation was communicated after my trades took place.

I've experienced multiple issues with Fundedx.
First, on my funded account, I made a $5,000 profit. Under the advertised 80/20 profit split, I was supposed to receive $4,000. Instead, they told me I could only withdraw $2,800 — effectively changing it to a 60/40 split. When I contacted support, they simply told me to withdraw the $2.8K and said they couldn't assist further.
Second, the payout process was extremely delayed. Although the withdrawal was approved, it took them 2.5 weeks to actually pay it out. I had to submit three separate tickets to follow up. Each time, support gave vague responses like, “I’ll let the payments team know,” and then closed the ticket without any real update.
Third, their rules and enforcement are inconsistent. I opened a trade on my funded account at 8:16 AM AEST on a Monday, but it was force-closed within 3 seconds. Shortly after, I received an email accusing me of "weekend trading." Not only was it clearly Monday, but this was also supposed to be a soft breach. Instead, they rejected my payout and closed my funded account entirely, claiming it was a breach of contract. I submitted two support tickets with evidence proving the trade was on a Monday, but they kept insisting it was a weekend violation and refused to provide a proper explanation before closing the tickets.
Overall, support was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to look into clear evidence.
