Payouts are only approved when all trading activity fully aligns with the program’s risk management rules—including visible and verifiable stop loss placement, as required. If your account metrics did not reflect stop losses being applied, the violation is based on system-logged data, not assumptions.
We rely on objective metrics, not trader claims. If stop losses were placed but not properly registered within the platform or visible in account analytics, it remains the trader’s responsibility to ensure compliance through verified execution.
Our support team operates based on facts recorded in the trading platform and applies rules equally to all traders. Frustration is understandable—but must respect the rules.

The company is highly unprofessional. I purchased a funded account via PayPal and after 23 days they have not provided me with an account and after disputing the transaction with PayPal they informed me that the merchant had received the payment, so I went to the support chat on funded x and talked to Lamar and he was very rude and unprofessional with his communication skills and decided persist with smart comments and refusing to assist me with my problem.
I provided them with multiple receipts and emails from PayPal and they continued to claim no payment even after I provided the PayPal email stating they contacted funded x and confirmed that my payment went through.
I would not recommend using this firm as this is only 1 of the issues I faced with this company.
Update: The reply they gave to my review is a complete lie they did not send me an email with any details what so ever on top of that they have completely disregarded the disrespect there representatives have shown me and have once again not taken A: Any action on the matter B: No responsibility. I don’t know what world these people are living in but it’s disgusting how they act and treat customers.

Your case was thoroughly reviewed, and all relevant correspondence, screenshots, and payment records were provided as evidence. Your payment was not successfully completed through our system, and therefore was cancelled. The transaction in question was flagged, and the order was never finalised on our end—therefore, no service was delivered.

I got breached and denied my 9k payout for a Tick Scalping rule opening and closing a position in less than 15second! My average trade hold time is 2hrs and non of my trades were less than 15sec!
Their excuse is that I re-entered the trade after 15seconds. Non of the rules states that a position could not be RE-ENTERED AFTER 15 seconds!!
I wouldn't even write this review if THEIR RISK DEPARMENT WOULDN'T IGNORE ME AND REPLIED TO MY EMAILS!!!!

Funded X claims that all breaches are backed by “full trade data” and that their teams provide “detailed, documented reasoning.” I have not received any such explanation.
I was breached for the “rapid re-entry” rule despite a 22-second gap between trades — well beyond the 15-second threshold their own support confirmed as acceptable. I’ve asked repeatedly for clarification and documentation, but support stopped replying and refused to explain why my payout was denied.
If Funded X truly stands behind its processes, it should be willing to show traders the exact data and logic used to justify breaches. Until then, their claim of transparency does not match my experience.

Avoid this firm as much as you want. This firm denied my payout on the due day and they will do everything to deny everyone's payout and manually breached my account. No reason for the denial. They just said i broke a rule in phase2. The account went through verification after phase 2 and it was fine but on payout day, they denied it. Wasted my time and money. Not a bad firm, one thing I’ve noticed is the spreads. Sometimes I’m down 10pips straight off the rip. Once you’re funded you’ve only got 0.5% risk per trade which isn’t ideal. They only make it harder with these funded accounts.

I passed both phases without any problems. In the first one, I made 8% in a single trade, and because of that, they imposed a rule that I can't risk more than 0.5% across all open positions at the same time.
Depending on your trading style, after passing the second phase, they introduce new rules to make it as difficult as possbile to trade.

My payout was denied and the funded account was breached due to the opening and closing 15s rule which they refer as tick scalping.
The situation is: I've opened 1 trade within 15s after closing the previous trade. Then held my position for more than 20 mins which is typically how long my trade duration is.
The Risk Team considered that as a tick scalping..... I looked it up on both google and chatgpt. The definition is shown below:

The key part of the rule is about how long a single trade is open — not how soon you open a new trade after closing a previous one.

IN my case, I did not trade frequently nor did I open and close a trade within 15s, In the contract we signed before we became a funded trader of fundedx. It did say that opening and closing trades within 15s is a violation. But they did not specified what behaviors falls under so that they have the reasons to deny payouts. All other firms have provided detail clarification on the tick scalping 15s rule. Also this rule is not on the dashboard lol...
I would not use this firm ever again.
To reply the comment from fundedx. Your so-called prohibited trading style involved with opening a trade within 15s after closing one. Yes it may happened a few times but they are not even on the same day. Doesn't match with the high-frequency tick scalping. Not sure how that will be flagged as tick scalping. Also in the contract we signed, it said opening and closing trades within 15s. NOT closing then open a trade within 15s. Make them clear please. EURUSD and XAUUSD are 2 different pairs. their correlations can vary....Very unprofessional lol.
To all traders that wants to use fundedx. Please be aware that they manually detect these rules. Which means they can say whatever they want. I tried to tell other traders on discord that their definition of 15s rule is different with the other firm and they blocked me.

Requesting Fair Resolution After One Year of Inactivity
I purchased my account from FundedX a year ago when services were still active for Afghanistan. A few months later, support was cut off for our country.
After discussions with support, we agreed that I could complete KYC if I traveled abroad. Unfortunately, due to the difficult situation in Afghanistan, I couldn’t make it — as you may understand, legal travel is not easy for us.
Now it’s been a full year. My account is still active and untouched.
I’m currently trading at max allocation with Funding Pips ($300K) and I’m serious about my trading career. I’d love to work with FundedX again.

This is a legit review from someone who’s been prop firm trading for years. I have no yet been paid out with fundedx but I must commend their support team. At least Somy. I got a hold of Somy through the website and the support is really damn amazing. Addressed my concern within 5 minutes regarding getting access to my funded account once I passed phase 2. Their moderators are also very active on discord always answering questions and concerns throughout the day… good job guys🤝🏼

got my 3rd payour rejected off something happened 3 months ago on my phase2 account, gave it some time bu they blocked me from discord when stating obvious facts. personally i dont work with them anymore they make it look like a trustable firm but the time i got mine rejected i saw many people complaining, they added rules (only in discord) and got a lot of people losing their fundeds. it is because the margin was getting to small so they had to be stricter and find ways to safe up some money and denieing payouts from people with no social media base. so 1star review is exactly enough.

Only problem i got with funded x is there support team , everytime you ask for help there will be a different person who dont know the previous conversation . I passed the evaluation and did kyc as well but in there system it shows that i havent done it things went crazy for 5 days as no solution was coming i was keep on asking for help and the team kept putting promise that was not happening . At last frado jr one of the team member helped me as soon as i texted him he fixed my problem and i recieved my funded account im very thankful to him .
