FUTCOIN.NET

Hello, Thor! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for providing such a balanced review. First of all, we are glad that both of your orders were delivered successfully and that you received the full amount of in-game currency as promised. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the transfer market restriction that was later applied to your account. As we openly communicate to all customers, FUTCOIN operates with strict security standards and maintains a safety rate above 99% according to our internal statistics. However, no third-party service can guarantee a 100% risk-free experience. That said, the small percentage that remains outside of the 99% safety level is not something we ignore. We take such situations seriously and always do our best to support affected customers within our guarantee obligations. Our support team is available 24/7 and regularly assists users in reviewing individual cases and helping to find the best possible resolution when issues arise. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your order based on this Trustpilot review alone. We would kindly ask you to either contact our support team directly or reply here with more information related to your order so that we can locate your account and review your case in detail. Customer safety remains our highest priority, and we will be happy to investigate your situation and provide any assistance available. Thank you!
