Hello, Nihad! We’re sorry to hear that you felt frustrated with the waiting time, however, no one “scammed” you and your order was never abandoned. Large Comfortable method orders can require significantly more time to complete, especially for very high-volume purchases, as clearly stated on our platform. In some cases, deliveries for large orders may take 24+ hours depending on workload and transfer volume. Your order falls into the large-order category and was delivered within the stated operational timeframes. Our support team also remained available throughout the process. The average response time is slightly over 5 minutes, and no customer is intentionally ignored. Additionally, although your delivery was still completed within our operational regulations, compensation was credited to your account due to the delay as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but the service was fully delivered and additional compensation was provided. Thank you!
