We truly hear your heart on this, and we understand why the introduction of a new tier might feel like a shift away from the values we started with. We want to clarify that 'Gaia+' was created specifically to support the high costs of Live events—giving members the chance to attend our conferences and workshops virtually in real-time. It was never intended to take away from the 'normal' subscription. In fact, we believe our mission to support lightworkers is stronger than ever. This is why we continue to add new films and documentaries to our standard library every year, and why we recently gave all members access to Sage, our new AI research tool. We want to ensure that the 'core' Gaia experience remains the most robust and value-packed resource for spiritual growth available anywhere. Your long-term support is what allows us to stay independent and ad-free. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and for being such a vital part of this community

We truly appreciate you taking the time to list exactly how the search results appeared; this level of detail is exactly what our technical team needs to improve our metadata and sorting logic. We hear your frustration. When you are looking for a specific series like 'Rewired,' you expect a seamless, chronological experience. We are currently working on refining our cataloging system to ensure that series stay grouped and that filters like 'A-Z' behave exactly as they should. In the meantime, we would love for you to try Sage, our new AI research guide (available to all members). Because Sage 'reads' the transcripts and understands the context of our series, it is often much more efficient at pulling up exactly what you need—like 'all episodes of Rewired in order'—bypassing the traditional search filters. We also acknowledge that a price increase is harder to accept when the user interface feels 'messy.' We are committed to using these additional resources to polish the platform experience so it matches the high quality of the content itself. Thank you for your patience and for helping us grow.
