When you are not able to do this work, then why don't they sell the Garena company and put a handcart on the road? If I have to face noobs even in rank, then why is there a clash squad without rank? Is it to pee there? If dumb or wasteful players are to be nurtured, then why do you count KDA, Double kill, Triple kill, Quadra kill, Winning Match count, Winning streak, etc. in our games? Worse client and services ever, they should release League of Legends back to riot servers instead of holding it, the download speed is so slow plus the client is badly done with the interactions and speed of interacting. Even china is better at handling this than garena, so useless. Give back to riot games, look how well valorant is, luckily garena didn't host valorant.

bitcoin miner and "cash grabber"

bitcoin miner and "cash grabber" there was a time where they had crypto miners running with the client, it has been "resolved" but i don't trust them. being not riot servers, they want you to pay 13600~ BE in league of legends to change your name, whereas in riot severs you can just change your name with their website. Lastly, everytime there's a patch or update you would need to wait up to a hour to finish it, if you wanted to pause or restart the update you need to verify the files after finishing(league of legends).

Bad experience on both mobile and pc gaming

I am a CoD mobile and league player, I am forced to play in garena servers. CoD mobile garena account sucks ass, the human verification never works. It's so frustrating, I have lost plenty of CoD mobile accounts due to this issue. On the other hand, league also sucks, some of the events are bugged as hell, no fancy login screen like original riot league. Last time, they even installed a bitcoin miner into the league client, they used OUR GPU to mine bitcoin for THEMSELVES. Bloody hell. Also, their customer service sucks ass. I still remember when garena was good, with the old logo, now it's just an ass company with ass games like free fire.

This launcher is LITERALLY the worst i've ever used in my entire life. Updates will start and stop at exactly 25% EVERY DAMN TIME for 20-30 minutes at times without indicating anything. Furthermore, while it's updating anything, the launcher will SLOW EVERYTHING in my computer down regardless of whether it's online or offline EVERY. DAMN. TIME making it a pain in the neck to use my computer while waiting. It has been like this for like 3 years on 2 of my computers so it's clearly not a pc problem. FIX YOUR DAMN LAUNCHER OR REMOVE IT SO I CAN PLAY LEAGUE WITHOUT IT!
